I had a very disappointing experience at Aroma Pure Veg Restaurant.
The moment we entered, there was a very strong foul smell near the washroom area. It was extremely unhygienic and unpleasant, which already gave a bad impression.
We first ordered lasagna, which was beautifully presented. However, as soon as it was served, there was a strange foul smell. On tasting, it was confirmed that something was wrong. When I informed the waiter and manager, they immediately checked it themselves and admitted the cheese had gone bad. They offered to replace it with another lasagna, but I requested a different dish instead — a sizzler.
Initially, the sizzler looked and smelled good. But after eating around 70% of it, I found potato wedges and a cheese ball, and again the same problem appeared. The potato wedges had an odd, stale fried smell, and the cheese ball had the same foul smell as the lasagna, clearly due to the poor-quality cheese being used.
While I appreciate the staff’s honesty and willingness to replace the dish, the repeated hygiene and food quality issues were unacceptable. For a restaurant, maintaining proper hygiene and serving fresh, safe food should be the most basic priority — and sadly, this was not...

• This restaurant has gained a reputation, largely due to Instagram food bloggers. • The restaurant does not offer table booking options via Zomato / Swiggy, which is a major inconvenience for customers. • The long queue at the restaurant at all times makes it frustrating to wait for more than 40 minutes to get seated in a table. • The food quality and prices at Aroma Veg were most disappointing. • Most of the dishes were tasting very bad, lacked flavor, and freshness. • The prices were exorbitantly high for the quality offered. • The restaurant’s popularity on social media platforms is driven more by aesthetic allure than culinary excellence. • The service at Aroma Veg is commendable. • The staff Mr. Ajay was very attentive, courteous, and eager to accommodate all our requests. • Though the service was impressive, the overall dining experience does not justify the hype given by the food vloggers. • The restaurant needs to improve its culinary offerings to match the standard set by its service and prices. • Until then, Aroma Veg remains more of an Instagram darling than a must-visit dining destination. • For those looking for a meal that offers both flavor and value, other options might be...
Read moreExcellent food and great Service. The only minus was that the restaurant was super crowded and loud, well it was worth all that chaos and waiting. On a weekend for dinner you can expect a waiting time of 20 minutes. But to make it up the service was pretty quick for such a crowd. Especially Mr.Ajay was very courteous on clearing our doubts and his service was great. Added his pic here which he greatfully posed for.
Coming to food, being a best seller, the Blue forest roll (maki) was a good sushi if you like veg sushi. I liked the flavours of Cannelloni Spinach Riccota and Lemon Orange Cheese cake was beautifully presented. We also tried the Paneer Tikka Dum biriyani and it was mild and delish. Bocconcini Margherita Pizza tasted like an authentic Italian one. Finally we topped these off with Veg seekh kabab masala Dal Makhani with some Butter Roti. They were the best overall. So I'd definitely visit again.
A tip: if going on a weekend, arrive early by 7 to 7.30pm to avoid a rush hour and to enjoy the ambience.
