I recently had the pleasure of visiting Shri Gowri Krishnaa, and it turned out to be a truly delightful experience! Nestled in the heart of Gopalapuram, Chennai, this restaurant offers the perfect vegetarian breakfast combo at an incredibly affordable price of just 55 rupees.
The breakfast spread they serve is simply amazing. For that nominal amount, you get a scrumptious assortment of dishes, including 1 puri, 1 vada, 1 idli, sambar, green chutney, red chutney, baaji for puri, and a generously sized masala dosa. Each item was prepared to perfection and had its unique flavors, leaving me satisfied and content.
One highlight of my visit was the filter coffee they offered. It was unlike any other I've had before - rich, aromatic, and exceptionally satisfying. As a coffee lover, I couldn't have asked for a better start to my day.
Apart from the fantastic food, I was also pleased to find that Shri Gowri Krishnaa provided ample parking space. This was a major plus point as finding parking in the busy streets of Chennai can be quite a challenge at times. It made my visit hassle-free and convenient.
Hygiene is a top priority for me, especially when dining out, and I was impressed with the restaurant's cleanliness and maintenance. The dining area was well-kept, and the staff ensured the tables were promptly cleaned after each customer, which further added to the positive experience.
Speaking of the staff, they were extremely friendly and attentive. Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist with any queries or special requests made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Such service truly enhances the overall dining experience, and it's clear that the team at Shri Gowri Krishnaa takes pride in ensuring their customers leave with a smile.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Shri Gowri Krishnaa to anyone in the area looking for a perfect vegetarian breakfast spot in Chennai. Their diverse breakfast offerings, delicious filter coffee, good parking facility, and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene make it a standout choice. It's evident that they care deeply about their customers and their dining experience. I can't wait to visit again and explore more of...
Read moreI have eaten in roadside shops that have better tasting food than this place. This is one of those Nithya amirtham type places that thinks that all it's customers have never eaten any food before at all.
A village small level tiffin shop has way more quality than places like these.
These places charge exorbitant prices for the worst quality food possible.
Why? Because IT company bros and IT sis want to go here for taking pics of their paneer butter masala and garlic naan falooda and post it on statuses using their EMI bought unaffordable iphones.
This place caters to them and not for some one who goes to restaurants for the food itself.
But hey I should have known better than to go to this place.
This place doesn't serve food, go to a real restaurant grounded in reality and not hogged by IT bros posturing.
You will find realistic restaurants serving realistic food for realistic people, and not fake IT bros who come only to get pics and ambience and say hey bro super bro, saptunga ji hahahhah heyyyyyy.
Waste food. Full family vomited the same day. Due to bad taste.
Insulting the intelligence of every customer is not the right approach, since not everyone is an undiscerning restaurant goer.
I whole heartedly recommend this place for everyone to go and try this place and see how amazing the taste is.
Also please go here if you want to take pics and ambience bro talks and do mokka jokes and empty soulless talks with your colleagues.
If you are going for above reason alone, then 4.5 /...
Read moreHad a horrible experience of having breakfast on 4th February 2024. Ordered mini tiffin, food was pathetic, idli was hard, coconut chutney wasn’t like chutney, sambar had no salt and mini Dosa was roasted too much and became burnt out.
Asked for hot water to drink when we sat but water was given almost when we were about to leave the restaurant.
Zero crowd management
Zero service
Loud and noisy atmosphere
Wash basins were stinking
Thank God I chose not to take a leak break; would’ve infected with UTI by now with the stench I felt while crossing the toilets.
Finally, as an icing on the cake, we came out and asked the valet for our car key and they took almost 5 mins to take my valet card and made us wait for another 5 mins to find our car key.
Couldn’t say anything because there’s no coordination or clear communication amongst the valets, the one who collected my car key wasn’t there and the other two couldn’t find my key.
We literally sprung away from there..
Please avoid this branch.
Anna Nagar Branch is 10,000 times better and excellent place to dine.
Even food taste is great in Anna Nagar..
Got fooled because of the brand name.
Think thrice before even considering this restaurant...
