Recently I ordered a 3 tier expensive cake from the 'The awesome'browinestudio ' and they spoilt the entire celebration .3 tier cake was put on an auto for delivery .when it reached our hands it was broken in the centre and was in terrible condition .this was even after we ordered to pickup the cake by ourselves.. pathetic response from them so called 'brownie studio'.guest was waiting for hours waiting for a replacement cake.. browniestudio team was least bothered about our celebrations..as they have taken the full money .they charged for various flavours red velvet etc...But delivered something else... please do not place order with such brands and spoil your celebration mood... sharing our experience and lessons learnt....#zomato # swiggy #the brownie studio #worst behaviour #...

This was the worst cake I've ever tasted. It was neither soft nor spongy but heavy like a rock and soggy to it's core. We became nauseous and had stomach aches soon after consuming it. We complained to the lady and she would not agree to her mistake for a long time. Finally she offered a refund and asked us to share a slice of cake so she could check what's wrong. I have not received any refund whatsoever. The piece of cake that this madam wanted lies waiting in my fridge. 800 rupees...

The brownie was absolutely delightful! It had a rich, fudgy texture that melted in my mouth with each bite.
