Terrible Experience – Disrespectful Staff and Mismanagement

We had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience at this place, and I strongly urge others to stay away.

We had made a reservation through Magicpin, which was confirmed. However, upon arrival, we were denied entry. Initially, the staff claimed we needed to pay a cover charge — something that was never communicated during the booking process. When we questioned this, one of the staff members (a bald man) suddenly accused us of being connected to a prior incident from two weeks ago. This was completely false — it was our first visit.

When we calmly asked for proof or clarification, we were met with aggression and blatant disrespect. The staff were not only unprofessional but downright rude. What was especially disturbing was how that same staff member behaved toward one of our female friends — his conduct was inappropriate, aggressive, and made her feel unsafe. It was completely unacceptable.

Despite trying to handle the situation politely, we were met with hostility at every turn. We have since filed a formal complaint, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you don’t want to risk being treated...
