A Roll is the one of the famous street food dish originating from KOLKATA . Deliciously Paratha bread ( খাস্তা করে ভাজা , লাচ্ছা পরোটা ) , covered with egg on one side ( if it is a Egg Roll ) or filled with chicken , mutton etc and added with a simple salad of onion, cucumber . Little amount salt some times black pepper or chaat masala are added for flavour. A tiny dollop of ketchup and its warped with tissue paper and its ready to serve hungry customers . ( personally I like some drop of lemon in it ) . Its feel heavenly . Today I will give a news about a place that has taken this Roll to another level . The Roll Factory By Sanjha Chulha , its located in a prime location just opposite to Diamond plaza . They creat a magic by there variations of filling and its flavour. I couldn’t decide which one to leave and which one to eat after seeing the menu. Chicken tikka kebab roll , Chicken khada masala roll , chicken Irani kebab roll , Mutton tikka kebab roll , soya nugget roll , panner roll etc etc and etc . Price range is 30/- to 135/- . Highly recommend * Chicken Irani kebab roll and Mutton kebab roll . You have to try this two item . They used kebab as filling and the kebabs are juicy n testy , the fresh onion and capsicum also added on it . Paratha bread is perfectly crispy n testy.

When we talk about Indian street food, rolls comes first in the list. They are among the most consumed fast food, no doubt about that.

But what if, we get a wide variety of flavours and taste in our regular rolls? It will be nice right? @sanjha chullah , located at nagerbazar makes some of the most delicious and flavourful rolls . The place is small but, well maintained and very hygienic.

I have tried most of their variety and every single roll was worth it. Chicken Irani kebab roll, mutton tikia kebab roll are highly recommended, the fillings were juicy and flavourful ,along with the meat you will get the perfect flavour of fried capsicum and caramelized onions as well. I have go the shop and ordered for chicken roll on that timing kitchen staff was busy with his phone and he directly with out hand was going to made my roll...seeing that when I asking him how can he made my roll with out hand wash he replied me rudely so that ....he will do the same and also infront of other customers he loudly shouting on me then I have cancelled the order and leave the shop.....This is the culture of The Roll factory .....I will never ever go and also asking my circle not to go the shop ....They not maintain cleaning & hygine at all they were not maintained food safety standerd just like a rode side shop they running...
