Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in West Bengal

One of the worst places in New Town for hanging out and having coffee. The staff is unmannered, lacking knowledge, and the manager (Love Chakrabarti) is illiterate. My family and I used to go there almost every Sunday for coffee with my mom and wife.

Last week, I went there and was the first customer at 9:30 AM. I asked for a Cappuccino Large. The lady at the cash counter told me, 'Sir, I can't take an order for a single item as my manager instructed me to take orders for at least two items.' The interesting part is that 90% of the items on the menu were not available. I then added a Coffee Mocha to the order. Now, she insisted I pay by credit card only because PhonePe hasn't been working for a while. This was strange since I had already made a payment on August 15th through PhonePe. She said, 'The manager told me not to accept PhonePe.' When I asked to pay in cash, she said, 'Sir, I don't have 20 rupees change. I don't have a single rupee, so you need to give the exact amount.' This situation made me feel uncomfortable, and I requested to speak with the manager, Love. He answered the call, and she handed the phone to him, saying that a customer wanted to talk to him. To my shock, he hung up without saying a word. At that point, we decided to leave and went to Starbucks instead, where there were many customers. It was then that I realised why Starbucks is thriving while Café Coffee Day is facing losses. I wouldn't recommend going to Café Coffee Day. The price difference for a Cappuccino is...

Charging 25 rupees for add on chips and serving a 10 rupees chip instead of giving adequate amount and try to defend it by saying it is appropriate amount.. You are a big thief buddy. Another thing.. they did not provide complimentary cookies with assam or Darjeeling tea during serving the order. You have ask for it then they will serve it and will say that they forget to serve as there was rush ( if the cafe is empty they always make this as an excuse). As a frequent visitor I know with assam or Darjeeling tea you will get complimentary cookies, but the unware customer will be bluffed by them and they will sell this cookies as ala-catre and make money.. Lastly they will justify them and shout by saying that Etukui provide kori amra.. er cookies ta dite vule jetei pari.. CCD please don make money by doing this.. I used to visit this place with my family every weekend but yesterday I went to CC2 for a meeting and as usual I used to do meetings in Cafe Coffee Day whenever I was in a restraunt but the staff has the most third class behavior ever we decided to order an Cafe Frappe they said it isn't available and in the Frappe section except Devil's Own all other items weren't available and I began to suspect that all other items aren't available in this section except their most expensive item and then I heard that they began to talk in codes saying that there was an order of 1 Coffee for four people and one of them instantly said it isn't available we later thought of ordering food but they began to pressure us to leave and behaved rudely and I never expected this kind of cheap behavior from the staff of...
