Pizza Hut | Newtown, Kolkata — Restaurant in West Bengal

After placing the order I called the store and had a word with store manager named Shyamoli. As this store sends orders using a third party delivery service. It was instructed and discussed properly that there is a problem with the address they share with the third party vendors. Despite the conversation when I got a call from delivery executive, he had a wrong address yet again. On Calling the store back Shyamoli said she will speak with the delivery guy and get back to me which never happened. Meanwhile I got a call from Zomato(the delivery partner) stating that the order is cancelled.

On calling the restaurant back there was a guy who picked up the call and refused to give the phone to Shyamoli stating she was not available. On asking his name he refused to give his name and disconnect the call on my face. They send the order to me at 1.15 PM which I cancelled. But this is the most pathetic delivery experience I have ever had. The two people certainly need to deal with customers and their queries and should get good schooling on professionalism. They wasted our two hours harrassing us for no fault for ours. Minus out of 10 on this...

Taste is amazing, as always. As you expect the taste from Pizza Hut. Soft, cheesy and fresh. 5/5

Staff Behavior: Caring and well behaved staff. 5/5

Menu/Price : A big problem. While dine in , they're providing the older dine in menu and telling that's it's their new menu. When asking about 'Everyday Value Pizza' they're telling it's not valid anymore, while they've stickers all over the place and even it's on "Pizza Hut Radio"! I don't know what they're upto but I had that EDV pizza just a week ago at Pizza Hut, City Centre Salt Lake Outlet. Fooling customers and giving them wrong information, I believe it's not a thing Pizza Hut practises.

I expect the brand to clear up the issue with the menu here. Because, maximum people are coming in and leaving when they're told that EDV pizza is not in offer...
