THEY DON'T KNOW THE DEFINITION OF SERVICE. Management, must adopt measures to train their team. ONE MORE TEA OUTLET WITHIN INSIDE THE MALL AREA IS REQUIRED to have competition. CITY CENTRE 2 management should consider this. We as visitors have very limited options to have tea , snacks sitting inside and relax, recharge ourselves to shop with a pleasent mood.

Everything is good about this place along with food and beverages. But one thing for which I've rated it two stars is when me along with my friends went there to buy a beverage at somewhat like 8:05. They very rudely rejected orders from us while on the other hand they were serving others. We tried telling them that how can they do that. Also they were taking orders in zomato till 9:30. How's this even fair? The higher authorities should look into this matter asap... Hospitality is zero there. Except that...

Everyone in this shop is rude and does not have the basic decency to treat customers, I have visited this place multiple time and the experience was never good. The chai is most of the time from the flask and therefore gets cold in no time. I waited patiently beside another customer who had cut the line but the lady at the counter dint bother to attend me and behaved ignorant as if she dint notice I was standing right in front of her. Better chai is available at roadside with 10x better customer...
