The staff, Mr. Manikandan and Miss Rupa, was incredibly attentive and kind, ensuring we had everything we needed and even surprising my daughter with a small birthday gesture, which made her day extra joyful.

I recently had breakfast at Mercato in Pullman Chennai, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with soft morning light streaming through the windows and a pleasant aroma of freshly brewed coffee in the air. Everything in the restaurant is so neat, clean and aesthetic.

I ordered the classic eggs Benedict, and it was cooked to perfection. The masala omelette was really well done with the side of crispy hash browns was a perfect complement, golden and seasoned just right.

The service was attentive without being intrusive, and my coffee cup was never empty. Everything was served promptly, and the staff was polite and welcoming. I wouldn't be doing justice if I don't mention how beautifully Ms Manisha, Mr. Rohit and Mr. Ayan took care of us.

Mercato by Pullman in Chennai offers a delightful brunch buffet experience that's definitely worth trying. The spread is impressive – a well-balanced mix of Indian, Asian, and Continental cuisines, along with live counters that add a touch of interactive charm.The ambiance is upscale yet relaxed, making it perfect for a weekend catch-up with friends or family. The staff is courteous but too busy that we hv to wait a considerable amount of time to get our ordered food. If there’s any room for improvement, it would be staff attentiveness and offering more variety .While the food quality is excellent, a few items felt more standard than standout, given the otherwise premium vibe. I must say, their choice of dishes is quite unique. They even had bitter gourd fry on the buffet, and it was absolutely delicious and so as quinoa. That said, it’s still one of the better brunch buffets in the city . Highly recommended for a leisurely,...
