5/5---Review 01_FEB 07_Anniversay Cake---Choco Extreme The Cake was for a special day as we were to celebrate the 1st year Wedding Anniversary.

Mr.Alphonse was very helpful in suggesting the best flavor for me although I had my own thought about the taste of how it should be. I came up with a specific design and explained it to Mr.Ram(Chef) with some reference images. His work was on the dot, the design came out perfect the very first time(received watsapp images of cake at every step) and it was so much of delight to see it getting the perfect shape 😍

The TASTE was truly delicious and although I myself have baked a dozen of cakes, I was really stunned with the quality of cream and the chocolate glaze they offered us. My family loved it to the fullest especially, my mom(who does takes a bite very rarely) 😅

Additionally, they whole heartedly took upon my special request of arranging a Bouquet of Roses. It was a real surprise to my better half 😊 Thanks a lot to you guys 😍

Sure, will be recommending and ordering your cakes on the upcoming spl.occasions for the quality and taste you have to offer. 1/5---Review 02_Tier Cake Ordered for 1st Birthday Celebration of my brother's Daughter---I really wanted to encourage and recommend this team to my contacts with a good hope based on my initial experience with them. I recommend their shop to my brother as they were planning to order a 2-Tier cake(5Kg) to celebrate their daughter's first birthday in a restaurant. I was the one who coordinated from the start with this team in organizing this cake order on behalf of my brother. My instruction were crystal clear with all specific details about the "Color, Design and Flavor of the Cake" I even double checked and confirmed the details over call and watsapp text with both of them (Mr.Alphosne and Mr.Ram) as this was really for my brother's spl.day.

To our utmost dissatisfaction, this is what happened:

1. The cake was supposed to be delivered by 6 Pm(I confirmed the time several times) and 6.30 by latest. But it was delivered ONLY around 7.30 where the guests had arrived and were kept waiting for about an hour. (I was contacting them from 5.30 as I was supposed to organize it)
2. The Main Flop was when my brother got shocked to see that they(Elegant Cakes) brought a YELLOW COLOUR CAKE, when we specifically mentioned our requirements clearly to be 'PINK' based on the theme that we had planned. It was a real MESS.
3. TIER CAKE? Really? I was surprised and shocked to call this to be a TIER cake. It as just a LAYERED CAKE. I just don't find any more words to describe it when I saw the cake.

OVERALL, My trust on this team was SHATTERED as they OVER PROMISED but UNDER DELIVERED. They are 'Good2Go' choice for normal birthday cakes or any other occasion, but NEVER for a TIER cake, if you really have high hopes or...

Totally unhappy customer. No words to describe how our most precious day (Our Daughter's 1st Bday - 6th Mar) was spoiled by your cake & late delivery.

All our guests had to wait 1 and half hour. We requested cake to be delivered by 6, but received at 7:20. And to our surprise it wasn't even what we requested, a yellow layered cake 👎

We requested in pink theme with 2 tier cake and sent photo for reference too. But NONE of it was matched. I purely went to you folks after witnessing your awesome cake design & the taste on my brother's 1st anniversary cake. But this time it was a disastrous...
