Current - Social Club & Kitchen — Restaurant in Bali

My wife and I visited CURRENT while on our stay in Ubud. Upon our first we wanted to find a nice place to eat in order to celebrate our coming to Bali. We chanced upon CURRENT, and boy did it impress! Chef Nyoman and his team cooked us dish’s that were not only good, but excellent. Gentle pairing of flavours with perfectly cooked meat and fish, so good we had 3 main dishes along with 3 smaller dishes. But it gets better…the service was impeccable, Agung and saputra were the perfect hosts. Super happy, attentive and with the most great attitude to helping their guests, not to mention their expert cocktail skills made a perfect evening. We will DEFINITELY be coming again. I spent a month at Outpost coliving and therefore would spend a lot of time in Current and had many meals here. The food is really good, with fair prices and the ambience is lovely.

One of the ggifs of this place is the wonderful employees. Everyone is positive, friendly, service minded and also funny 😁 I enjoyed many conversations and good food in current.

Special thanks to Vita, Komala, Agung, Saputra, Adi and Dedi. And also new employee Winda. And the chefs in the kitchen I didn't get to meet.

They made customized meals for me when needed and were very responsive and accommodating!

Will definitely be back for the wonderful people and food again.

Wonderful little place for good food, good vibes and good live music too (Tuesday and Friday nights)!

One of the managers (Jeff) was very friendly and genuinely seemed to care about our Current experience.

Staff pleasant to work with... they are uber friendly and always smiling.

We had their Tokyo Disco Fries, Wonton Nachos, Tuna Poke Bowl and Black Cod with pasta dish...
