Today, I had the pleasure of enjoying a meal at a Pho restaurant. I ordered the beef Pho with extra beef, and it was truly delightful. The broth was flavorful and satisfying. Due to recovering from Bali belly, I avoided adding extra raw vegetables, but the dish was still delicious without them. The spice level was just right for me.
I also tried the spring rolls, and while the Pho exceeded my expectations, the spring rolls left something to be desired. It's overpriced for the location and ambiance IMO. They charge the same prices as the nicer places in town, plus the portions were small.
For me to give this place 5** it would have to charge as a mom and pop place (which it is) and offer...
