KOZI Coffee Dipatiukur — Restaurant in Bandung City

I didn't expect the location at the very 'ujung of the building'. From the outside, it might look small, but once inside, it feels quite spacious. The seating options are quite limited, especially if it's raining, the outdoor seats might become even more limited. If you go further inside, there are actually many more seats, but those seem to belong to Rama Ramen (which might be owned by the same person hehehe).

The barista was very friendly and helped me choose recommended drinks and food, even though I already had something in mind when I came... yup, Magic!

I haven't tried many Magic at other places, but Kozi is one of the few coffee shops that offer Magic on their menu. So, if you're in Bandung and want to try Magic, remember Kozi! The coffee prices are quite affordable compared to other coffee shops in Bandung that have started selling coffee for more than Rp30,000. Here, you can still find options below Rp30,000. For the taste, Magic is a pretty strong coffee-based milk drink (because of the double ristretto), so it has a strong sour taste.

For snack, I ordered Churros (even though I wanted Pisang Goreng hahaha). It's still warm when it arrived, and that's the best time to eat it! The churros were just the right amount of sweet, and combined with the chocolate dipping sauce, it's even more delicious to enjoy with Coffee.

When I visited, it's drizzling and raining. I was there to chat with someone and read book. The place is perfect for reading books, as the sound of the river is calming. You just need to adjust the background music (hahaha). There are also several power outlets for those of you who want to Work-from-cafe.

Overall, Kozi DU is recommended in terms of its menu and atmosphere. It's a comfortable place to enjoy your Magic while doing light activities with your laptop, reading a book, or just catching up...

A small and cozy café serving a variety of foods and beverages. I ordered savory artisan coffee and smoked croissant brisket, and both the portion size and taste were satisfactory. Because I went on a weekday, the place was empty and very pleasant to work in. However, there was an unpleasant odor in the backyard and near the entrance. This one bothered me a lot because I'm extremely sensitive to smell. Another thing that bothered me was that one of the servers/baristas was unfriendly... normally, I wouldn't mind (I know it can get tiresome to serving people), but it was so noticeable that I couldn't help but feel...

Café ini menurut saya mengusung desain yang sangat unik dimana main buildingnya didesain mirip sebuah glass house, bahkan atap yang digunakan menggunakan atap transparan. Tentunya desain seperti ini memiliki konsekuensi dimana saat udara terik seating areanya tentu akan sedikit panas. Untungnya saya datang di saat matahari sama sekali tidak terik, jadi bikin betah banget berlama-lama disini, belum lagi udara di bilangan Dipati Ukur yang relatif masih sangat sejuk. Café ini menurut saya lebih cocok untuk kegiatan santai ketimbang kegiatan serius, tidak tersedia banyak colokan dan WIFI-nya agak sedikit lemot.

Pelayanan dari cafe ini menurut saya lumayan baik,terutama untuk barista wanitanya yang friendly dan charming banget. Service dari café-nya memang bukan yang terbaik, tidak bisa dibilang cepat. Yang menurut saya perlu ditingkatkan sistem tracking customer-nya yang hanya mengandalkan, “Kakak, duduk dimana?”, alhasil waiters-nya sedikit kelawahan untuk mengantarkan pesanan customer, terutama saat peak hour. Menurut saya table tag dan semacamnya akan sangat membantu. 

Food and Beverage:
Caramel Cocomilk Coffee (35K) Sejujurnya menu ini menurut saya enak banget. Kombinasi antara espresso yang ditambahkan coconut milk dan karamelnya menurut saya benar-benar magic, saya benar-benar suka. Saya sangat suka sentuhan coconut milknya yang memberikan citarasa, tekstur, dan aroma yang unik. Saya sangat suka hint kelapanya yang mengingatkan saya dengan citarasa dan aroma biskuit roma kelapa. Citarasanya juga creamy dan milky, namun tanpa menghilangkan citarasa kopi itu sendiri. Menu ini akan terasa lebih nikmat kalau citarasa karamelnya sedikit lebih intens. Meskipun harganya memang gabisa dibilang murah, tapi menurut saya hargany sepadan dengan kualitas minum yang dihadirkan....
