Service was bad, first time ever given a 1 star review to any restaurant that I have visited. Staff was UNFRIENDLY, NOT HELPFUL at all. Ordered alot of food with friends and missed out items finally my drink, I had to ask for it 6 times, it is either the staff brush me off thinking I am poor in conversing Berhasa Indonesia or they just ignore me pretending not to see me when I try to call them, they just don't take me seriously at the main staff attending to me even replied me never mind about my drink. I was left with no choice but to complete my meal without a drink. My drink was only served when I ask for cancellation and the receipt the restaurant provided was charged with other items that we did not order. When I finally get to drink my drink, the staff was eager to clear the table and was chasing me off without waiting me me to finish my drink.
Food: overall, chicken and duck was drier and on a saltier side, portion of the vegetable was small.
Atmosphere: family friendly restaurant with air conditioning.
Will not recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxed meal with family and friends. KFC's food would probably taste 10 times better. First time and last time to visit this restaurant with the...
Read moreOne of many places that has halal duck meat. Located opposite BCS mall, seems popular among many locals. Service is so so. Tables are left uncleared.. Staff too busy with servicing food and preparing them for Gojek deliveries. We asked extra plate, never come.. So have to go counter to get it ourselves.
They have 2 dine in areas. One with fans and the other open with no sourroubding glass panels. The latter has Japanese sit cross legged tables. You have to remove shoes to access those tables.
Fried duck (129,000 rupiah) is OK.. It came well fried to crispy. Come with raw cucumbers, cabbages and leafy vegetable. Ice teh-o is 5k each, cold cincau drink is 10k.
They provide washing in a small tin ball. Washing basin is down/unserviceable during our visit. Male toilet is choked and flooded. I wondered at the cleaniness...
Read moreThe duck was delicious but incredibly small. The meat was succulent and it was salted just enough so that it still stood out against the fresh vegetables that came as a side dish. The chili was outstanding. However, I still can't get over how small those duck legs were: they were about the same size as a large chicken wing. The cendol was pleasant, and useful because one really needed something to put out the mouth fire after eating that chili, but it wasn't in any way exceptional in terms of flavour or quality of ingredients. I don't know if I would come back again, but it's definitely worth a visit. That's how good the (tiny)...
