Gadeno Pizza & Steak — Restaurant in Batam City

Fake advertisement for the promo item! 19000 IDR for the black pepper chicken is still consider acceptable for the taste. 57500 IDR for the promotion 'LARGE' pizza is a joke. The size is only consider regular but advertised as 50% off 'LARGE' pizza. I am wonder how does the regular pizze look like. Taste for pizza is still acceptable. Outside staff that pulling customers is friendly but the inside waitress that wearing tudung face like looking at us 1 kind when we ordered the promo item. Very dishonest and definitely not patronize anymore. I would rather go another restaurant 'Malaya Cafe' at the same floor for the promo dishes @ 21800 with generous portion. We arrived here and ordered a large pizza. After half an hour of waiting we asked the staff how long it will take for our food to be ready. They said it would be ready soon max 10 min. Finally after waiting a full hour we received a pizza. They made a mistake however and made a small pizza instead. They expected us to just pay for the small pizza and offered no apologies or other options. We walked away at that point angry and disappointed. We ate at a different restaurant for half the price instead, where the service and food was excellent.
