Kaiten Ramen — Restaurant in Batam City

i dont know how they do it, but my ramen is sour. I dont know if this intentional, but i dont order drinks because i brought my water bottle and i know i still got a lot of water left, but i did not bring that bottle when i'm ordering. I see the server just kinda, confuse, when my ramen came with my tamago (egg), they gave me extra food, edamame (boiled soybean, with salt), let me tell you its have a lot of salt there, i mean by alot, A LOT.
