Very dark from outside, youād think they were closed.
Suggest bright sign on door saying Welcome! *have a local artist make it :) and switch waiter shirts from black to bright colors with local design (to match restaurant/cafe concept)
Gado gado was good but peanut sauce needs improved - watery and very sweet with no heat. They didnāt have traditional sambal⦠but did have cut chili⦠but it was the extremely hot version :0 Sambal, like you get at warungs, would be nice side for all dishes and a good sambal would set them apart in the mall.
Music - it was breakup songs and slow sad love songs :0⦠depressing⦠and in english :0. There is such great local happy music⦠stick with the local concept in your food, music, and uniforms š

This cafe doesnt apply procedure of health protocol standard; like checking body trmperature, provide hand wash station. Because I didnt get it when I come inside the Bacarita. Even the hand sanitizer is run out.
The dishes is served on cutting board which is okay for me... IF THE CUTTING BOARD IS ONLY USED to serve the dishes. But I see the cutting board has dual function (as a plate and a cutting board) and I think it is not appropriate to serve to the guests.
I ordered risol, unfortunately the taste is plain.
