The Bajo Alley — Restaurant in Flores

I love this place so much. I’m so surprised it doesn’t have more reviews. Everything about this place is so nice. The staff, the food, the seating options, vibes!! For such an affordable price, you get great food (with affordable western options!!) and so much of it too, then you can sit inside in the AC or outside, the bathrooms are clean, and the staff is soooo nice. I’ve come here multiple times and tried drinks, smoothies, snacks, and main plates and all of it is delicious. It’s such a chill vibey place + great wifi so you can just sit & hang around...

Came here for lunch one day, and the entire family agreed we wanted to go again the next day. Fish n Chips might just be the best in South East Asia, with tartare sauce that clearly didnt come out of a jar. Rawon Nasi Goreng was fantastic, with customisable level of spiciness. The price is a bit below average in some of the restaurant in Bajo but the taste turns out good. This can become one of the option you can try if you have limited budget. Delicious food also with a great acces to the main road. Really worth it to try Indonesian food...
