ARZUCA — Restaurant in Jakarta

All was good until I wanted to pay the bills with some vouchers ...

Then the marketing/ sales staff who issued the voucher (2 people) coming to us and said the voucher is invalid/ unable to use due to some statements and unclear reason.

We were told about there was a winner of drinking beer competition who won the battle and lost the voucher. I was with the kids having dinner and Iam not happy to hear that. My kids really dont need to hear those kind of conversation. Do we really have to know that somebody was drunk at your place and lost the some gift voucher ???

When I told that if the voucher is invalid / with no date / with no signature (unclear what was wrong with the voucher)... I would pay all the bills with no voucher, but then they said the voucher is now ok and acceptable, and I even more confuse with that.

I was thinking of coming back due to the price was reasonable and the taste also the service was excellent.

But, since the above happens, I DEFINITELY WILL NOT COME again...

Having experience dine in this time is very different from last year. Last year was bad. Thanks to my friends for inviting me to Arzuca again for a reunion. Now the food are tasty, service is much improving. The spectrum of their menu quite interesting. Asian dish Ayam Tempong & Balinese Rice are yummy. Food is greattt but taking too long to be serve.
