Been a patron on their 5* PIK outlet and what a big disappointment in this outlet.
All 3 dishes were failures and I cannot understand why.
When I got there, it was not at busy hour, hence I expected good food since I was hungry.
Collagen Porridge. Served not even warm, porridge was clumpy, so I had to send it back to the kitchen.
Steam fish was also not warm when it got to my table This was beyond belief. How could a steam fish not served right in a fish restaurant.
I did not even bother to send it back.
I did complain verbally and to hear mas Yandri unreasonable explanation as if I never had steam fish, is mind blowing. Luckily he was polite in answering and not giving me a defensive attitude.
Kulit tofu tumis kucai. This too also failed big time. Over cooked soggy tofu skin and over sauce.
I am at first so happy with this outlet opening, since it is so close to home, but the experience gives me a big no. I'd rather go a bit further to Ashta, to eat my fish.

Read moreTheir signature menu is the Fish Soup and you definitely need to try it. Even the small portion can be shared with 3 people. I would recommend buying the regular one because logically the fried fish soup version will be more oily.
They also have several other menus. The chicken is also great and all of their vegetable options are good as well. If you came here in a group of four, it's recommended to buy the fish soup, 1 other meat, and one vegetable. Since the portion is relatively large, it will be more than enough.
The service is relatively quick and the waiters will also kindly explain to you how to food will taste if you have never bought it before. The place is located inside One Satrio, so there's a lot of parking available (same as the other tenants). They have a lot of seatings as well. Dianter ke meja dan yah i order my menu. Disclaimer my mom not really like ikan kerapu dan gw tau banget menu favorit disini ikan kerapu. Awalnya saya hanya berbasa basi menu yang recomended ala nih mba dia menawarkan ikan kerapu suji suan cai dan setelah menjelaskan saya bertanya kalau ikan gurame yang enaknya diapain ya mba. Dengan muka yang memelas dan ekspresi yang sangat merendahkan si Pelayan bilang “hah ikan gurame? Ikan gurame yah muraah siiii sambil melihat saya dari atas sampe bawah” jujur saya disini kaget secara langsung dan frontal pelayan menganggap saya hanya bisa mampu pesen harga yang murah di resto ini. Karna saya sudah terlanjur bete akhirnya saya makan saja hanya menu utama dan setelah itu saya memanggil pelayan yg lain MENGINFOKAN KALAU MENU SAYA DI MOVE SAJA MENJADI ALA CARTE. Mohon maaf saya yang menginfokan bukan si pelayan yang tadi. Saya tidak tahu apakah dia merendahkan saya sampai pesanan saya di buat ALA CARTE PAS KE KITCHEN? Akhirnya saya complain ke pelayan lainnya dan diberikan kompensasi minuman TAPI SAYA DISINI MENOLAK DENGAN BAIK SAYA TIDAK PERLU KOMPENSASI TAPI SAYA MAU DIA DIPERBAIKI DAN PELAYANANNYA TIDAK MERENDAHKAN CUSTOMER. Akhirnya saya ke kasir untuk membayar dan Si MBA MBA TERSEBUT MENGHINDAR DAN PERGI TIDAK ADA KATA KATA MAAF SEKALI LAGI MALAH PELAYANAN YANG LAIN YG MEMINTA MAAF.
