Subject: Disappointing Experience with Weak Drinks at Bar Bebop
Dear Bebop,
I recently visited Bar Bebop, excited to try their much-raved-about cocktails. Unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming due to the notably weak drinks served. Despite ordering one of their signature cocktails, I found the drink's alcohol content so minimal that it was virtually indistinguishable. This was not only disappointing but also surprising, given the establishment's reputation for craft cocktails.
The ambiance of Bar Bebop and the service were satisfactory, but the primary reason for my visit was to enjoy a quality cocktail experience, which I felt was not delivered. For the price paid, I expected a drink where the balance of flavors included a discernible presence of alcohol, which is essential to the character of a cocktail. Instead, the drink tasted more like a mildly flavored mocktail.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as my intention is not to disparage but to express a genuine concern. A bar's reputation for cocktails hinges on the quality and consistency of its drinks. I believe that addressing this issue could greatly improve the overall customer...

And like 10 minutes later 'my-supposed-to-be' cocktail arrives. We were confused tho, cuz i thought she was supposed to confirms the bartender recommendation to me first and asking if i was okay with the recommendation.
So probably for BEBOB management, please train your waitress well. Since its kinda weird to let your own waitress make the assumption for the customer's drink without their...

We said okay, and made our way there. All but one table were empty. Everyone was clustered around the bar. Turns out that you can have any table if you are willing to pay at least one million. 🙄The dumbest thing is that we would have easily dropped a million but we ate before because we thought it would be packed.
We ordered two highballs and they were pretty good. Bartender was nice and quickly took our order.
The decor is nice.
The music was not jazz at all. As per usual in Jakarta,...
