Makanan nya enak tapi service nya amit2 :( Why I only gave this restaurant 2 stars: From the moment I came in, the security was super friendly, but once I got inside, the vibe totally changed. They directed me to a table, then just… left me there. No one explained how to order like, do I scan the barcode? Do I ask for a menu book? Idk. Maybe they expect customers to just figure it out sendiri 😭 Then somehow my mobile data was super weak here, so I needed the Wi-Fi to see the menu. Took me a few minutes to even get the staff’s attention 😮‍💨. Finally, a waitress came and gave me the Wi-Fi password but literally walked away right after without checking if I could connect or not. Of course, it didn’t connect 💀 so I had to ask again and look for another waiter who could actually help (so exhausting pls 😩). I ordered one main dish, and my friend ordered a snack. The snack came first (cool), but my brisket took forever. I asked the waitress when it’d be ready, and she said, “We purposely serve the snack first, and after you finish that, then we bring out the brisket.” Like, okay fine, no problem but maybe just tell me that first?! 😭😭😭 this isn’t fine dining hello 😭 and the way she said it was kinda attitude-y too 😭 Later I checked Google Maps reviews, and turns out a bunch of people had the same experience. So why hasn’t Bluegrass management done anything about it? Like bro, we’re not asking to be treated like royalty we just wanna be treated like humans, that’s it

Good food, great service, nice ambience. Love the restroom design, feels like restroom in a tropical house. Porsi makanannya juga cukup besar, so it’s worth the price. Saya ke sini bertiga, dan teman saya pesan pork belly fried rice to share. Karena saya pengen coba pastanya, mereka share the fried rice together. My friend minta servernya empty plate for sharing the fried rice. But unexpectedly the kitchen has already splitted the fried rice into 2 plates, and it is properly served with the condiments in each plate (kerupuk, acar etc). The portion is huge, sepertinya untuk sharing bertiga juga bisa haha. It is such a nice gesture of them to split the fried rice like that, karena biasanya di restoran lain cuma kasi piring kosong untuk kita sharing sendiri (which is a hassle). As for the drinks, I had the buy 1 get 1 cocktails 150k++ with my friends. The long island cocktail taste pretty bland though, cant taste any liquor in it. I had apple pie for dessert, and for the price 90k it is value for money.
