Burgreens Oakwood Kuningan - Healthy Plant-Based Eatery — Restaurant in Jakarta

Terrible knowledge of allergen like gluten-free dairy free etc. I explicitly asked few times to confirm with their chef ensure its gluten free. The staff reckon this and even said that the SAUCES (truffle and BBQ I think) were also GF. While the soy “beefless” steak did taste good, that night I had worse itch and couldn’t sleep well. i later then found out with their Instagram chat that the two sauces were actually NOT GF! What’s worse is that the SOY actually CoNTAINS gluten too but it’s Low gluten. Now I seriously don’t know whatever food that I had dined in there (beefless steak, sweet potato fries with seasoning, Japanese curry - they changed katsu with grilled “chicken” aka the soy) or are they anything else actually gluten-free.

I was deeply disappointed with the awareness and knowledge about allergen when they already displayed GF label in their menu. If the chef also have this level of allergen knowledge when the staff clarify with them before customer place an order, oh gosh. I don’t know who I can trust anymore in burgreens seriously. If you’re not sure please be honest and don’t take our allergen so lightly. It can be serious and fatal for some customers! Coeliac folks, best not to dine here or dine at your own risk.

I hope the management or leadership of this Burgreens would take this seriously in educating the staffs.

Update: Burgreens contacted me and offered me mushroom soup and coconut water. After finding out the ingredients for mushroom soup, I felt it’s still unsafe so decided...

Very disappointed with this restaurant. I ordered two menus via grab. When I received my order, there was no receipt so I assumed that's my order. After arriving at my office floor, I just realize that my order was incorrect, and after reporting it, I was told to wait 30 minutes, which I was willing to do. Note that, this happened during lunch time.

After the initial wait, I was asked to wait again because the staff member who took my order was in the same building. This required an additional 10-15 minutes of coordination. The lack of clear communication and disregard for customer time during lunch was frustrating. Please improve your handling of customer waiting times...

Brilliant concept. I like the huge verities of vegan and vegetarian food on the menu.

They have various choices of stakes, western, smoothies, Indonesian food and drinks all of them are vegan!!!

I took my vegan friend and she was delighted about the options of food and the vegan cheese was something she loved. And drinks were good too but to me who is not a vegan, the food was very avarage tasting. The salad was very good but the burgers were not that great for me.

I will recommend this place for vegetarians and vegans since they have very less options and this is a great...
