Excelso — Restaurant in Jakarta

One of the many cafes near Tribeca Park area. Was pretty full. We changed tables until 3 times because the late afternoon sunshine was too disturbing my guest. I tried the ice coffee mocca and chocolate caramel cake. They were okay, though not so impressive as the previous visit's experience. The service was okay, nice. They got buttons on the table for calling the waiters/waitresses if we want to order or cancel the order or ask for the bill. But when we called for billing, they did not function accordingly. When finally we went and paid at the counter, the waitress kind of took pretty long time and did not want to give us the receipts - until asked. Dunno why so reluctant, is it all because of cashless/by electronic? Anyway here they still got GoPay promo of 30% cashback... So no...

Coffee is so good, lots of varieties to choose in terms of coffee beans and menu. Ordered the arabica mandailing, taste was great, light, sweet and fruity (as arabica should be) (cookie on the side is nice touch), better than the "worldwide green mermaid coffee shop".

The service is really good too, the waiters are attentive and friendly, and they really know what they selling (im looking at you "green mermaid" coffeeshop). Lots of food menu to choose to.

The only downside is the lack of charging stations for laptops or phones, so i think this place only recommended for meetings or hangouts. Not for WFC (or...

Surganya para pencari wifi.. KALAU WIFI NYA BERFUNGSI..

excelso merupakan bagian dari kapal api group,, kalo kalian belum tau.. kapal api group berasal darii??? Indonesia,, kopinya darii??? Indonesia.. tapi kenapa harganya lebih mahal dr outlet kopi amerika? Mungkin karena servis, presentasi makanan dan suasana nya jauh lebih baik dr oulet kopi yg lain,, dimana kalian di layani dengan baik, minuman dan makanannya cukup menarik.. cocok nih buat yg kerja di kantoran, yang lagi sumpek kerja di kantor,, tempat pelarian lahh.. suasananya nyaman dan enak jg buat kerjain kerjaan kantor.. 1 hal yg mengkhawatirkan itu ya waifai nya (ini khusus di cp ya,, ga tau di tmpt lain). Di list wifi sih ada,, di mintain password-nya jg di kasih.. pas di masukin password,, network error.. "mungkin banyak yang pake" gimana banyak yg pake,, kan di kasih password trus ga banyak org kq yg nongkrong di sana.. haha jd ga bs dikerjain donk kerjaannya.. UNTUNGNYA di sebelah ad outlet kopi jg yg wifinya nyala.. cuss saya pake tuh wifinya,, lumayan lahh 1 2 tugas selesai.. kesannya main di warnet, tp minjem wifi tetangga.. Kenapa saya bilang surganya para pencari wifi?? Dsni kalian ga usah malu kalau kopi abis,, ga bakalan ad yg usir kalian klo minumannya ato makanannya udah habis dan di beresin mejanya.. kerja aja santay,, kecuali tutup ya pasti diusir.. Jadi tolong wifinya kakakk.. biar bisa lebih baik lagi.....
