Had a dinner here last night with wife and 2.5 month daughter. Enjoy the experience, food and service.
Had worries that the place would be cramped and we would find it difficult to keep our daughter calm, should she gets cranky. However, the place is quite roomy, cool, and not that noisy to begin with. My only gripe is with the place located in 2nd floor with only a staircase. However, no real issue about the place whatsoever.
The service is quite good. I'd imagine that the place is not that welcoming to a first time local like us. But the waitresses and manager helped us through the menu, explaining which are the recommended dishes, making it easy to navigate through most of the food there. The waitresses are also always smiling and accommodating, and that also helped greatly to improve the experience.
Finally the food. Had expectation coming, very far from it at the end of the night. One of the best steak experience in Jakarta for me, hands down. The main star of the night is the picanha, we order it as a sharing menu. The portion just enough for two person, the price is reasonable for the quality, and the taste is simply good enough for me to consider this for special occasions with family. Topped with a very refreshing chimicurri sauce, which we find to be a perfect match.
10/10 experience last night for me. Will definitely come back for...
Read moreLa Posta is to die for...it's our 3rd time eating here... The first time we ate here, we ordered: Spanish cured ham, ham is perfectly cured, salty with sweet finish. Salmon and Ricotta Ravioli. 700 grams Ribeye Butterfly Cut, the meat was quite tender and packed with big flavor, excellent for sharing.
The second time we came with our daughter we ordered: 600-650 Salt Crusted Beef Ribs, the ribs had tons of deep beef flavor and aroma, perfectly cooked, perfectly salty. Although it was not as tender as the other cuts, it was juicy and tasty. Oven Baked Salmon, the salmon was well cooked and seasoned, fresh, and the vegetables was a great companion to the fish. Because we were still hungry, we asked the waiter what does he recommend, and he recommended the new menu, the picaña. Picana ( medium) turned out to be one of the best cuts i have ever had, tender, juicy, and had beautiful taste. Perfectly seasoned and perfectly grilled.Delicious.
The third time we ordered: Sirloin (medium), it came out delicious, so so tender, beautifully seasoned, juicy, and it had perfect doneness for us... Off course we ordered picana (medium), it's still delicious as always

Read moreWe had our lunch here today, we try this restaurant since the reviews are good. And for us the steak are the star. These are foods that we ate today : Complimentary bread (8/10) The texture is like biscuit and we dipped it with spicy tomatoes dip or balsamic dip. They served it hot and it is good for entree.
Rocket and Ricotta salad (8.5/10) We love all the things they put on the salad, only the dressing a bit sweet for me. So the dressing is just not for me.
Lengua Vinagreta (8/10) The tongue has quite strong smell, but the onion sauce on top help to cover the smell. My mom loves the sauce a lot.
Salmon and ricotta ravioli with additional cheese sauce (8.5/10) The fills is not my cup of tea but i love the cheese sauce. Will try the sauce with other pasta next time 🤭
Chuleton mariposa (9.5/10) We all love the steak. It is tender, juicy and the cook well based on our request. Love it. I think the meat is good enough without the sauce.
Mushroom sauce (7/10) A bit too salty, since the meat good enough without the sauce so we didn't finish the sauce.
And last not least, the service from the waiters are great. And the owner was the one who serve the steak. Great personal touch.
All in all, we defenitly will come again to...
