07/05/25 Update : Still the best BBQ in Asia Burger and brisket(150 grams). Side of Cole slaw and corn bread . I combined the slaw and brisket into the burger , creating a mouth watering sensation. Tender, smoky , meaty, juicy and crunchy godliness.
Another amazing meal Thank you always to the attentive staff .

Smoke brisket(300grams) perfect for solo eaters: tender, juicy , well seasoned crust and superbly smoked. Perfect ratio of fat and beef. Serve w/sweet and tangy bbq sauce.
Side: corn bread served w/maple butter. Warm and toasted. Amazingly delicious

Waygu Brisket: Tender , Juicy and smoky. The best Iβve tasted in Asia. It was my favorite of the bunch.
Smoke sausage: Packed with flavors and cooked to perfection. The stuffed cheese took it to another level . Awesomeness !!!
Burnt ends : Lean meat surrounded by fatty β¦.OH MY Goodness !!!!!!!!!!
Ala carte:
Pulled beef brisket served with garlic brioche: Goes great with the Cole slaw. Makes a perfect pulled pork/ slaw sandwich.
Smoke / fried Chicken wings : Yum Yum , but wasnβt crispy . Nice amount of smoke flavor . The habanero sauce had the right amount of heat to perfect this dish.
Desserts: Spice Pumpkin cake: velvety, subtle with a hint of spice. Yummy !!!!
Pure chocolate brownie: Rich, decadent and Silky smooth. Dangerously addicting
To find a place like this in Asia, is a blessing from heaven πππ

All good points for this place.. First, when I talked through them via google maps, they responded very quickly. Second, although a bit hard to see from the street, this place is very cozy and nicely decorated. Third, THE FOOD, OMG.. Again, very very very good π. The meat is tender, nicely seasoned and just melts in your mouth, can definitely tastes the smokiness but not overly smoky. You know those cartoon images where the smoke from the food comes alive and gives you a kiss? It's kinda like that π. The sausage is just as amazing, homemade sausage with great choice of meat and filling, top-notch. I've never had corn bread before, but I swear the one served on LC Smokehouse must be one of the best you can get in Indonesia π½π. Then the pumpkin spice cake with lemon whipped cream, I never knew pumpkin can be this good, the cake just melts in my mouth, feels very soft like silk and a bed of clouds yet there's a bit of crunchiness at the bottom but I think it would be better if they can strengthen the lemon taste for the whipped cream π. Last but not least, their pricing, for the quality of food they offer, their price is 1000% on the cheap side. 1000% value for your money π.

Chicken was unavailable, changed into sausage. Honest review, for the brisket just too salty to my palate, perhaps other people taste differently. So I took out the outer charred skin and voila, decent brisket. Sausage was good and smokiness a ok. I asked the waiter why it taste too salty, she replied due to some customer asked for more salt in it (more salt in the rub?). I guess it is more safe to give table salt for those who needs more rather than add too many salt in the rubs. Anyway, would love to try chicken and hope kindly to the chef to find more balance in...
