Ordered 4 different coffees. Overall, the taste was good, but nothing special.
Mont Blanc A unique combination of cold brew, sea salt foam, and a hint of citrus. The cold brew is a bit overpowered by the foam—almost as if it’s a non-coffee beverage. Not bad for a refreshing drink.
Split (Espresso + Piccolo) The espresso was good—strong, with a fruity (berry-like) note. The piccolo toned down the fruitiness and brought out more of the nutty flavor. It came with (mineral) water to cleanse the palate, but unfortunately, there were no free refills—something quite disappointing considering the premium price.
Magic Nothing special—it tasted exactly like the piccolo I ordered.
4.Filter, Ijen CM It tasted good. It was supposed to have a peachy note, but what I tasted was more of a strawberry note.
In short, taste-wise, there are other places in Jakarta that offer similar or even better quality at a lower price.
The ambiance of the place was really nice, though. I could see myself spending hours here if I were trying to be productive (e.g., working from a café).
The staff were okay. I had no issues with them, but they weren’t the friendliest baristas or waitstaff I’ve...
Read moreWent here to meet my client. At first, I looked for a comfortable place to work at the weekend. My client wanted to have lunch also. I checked on Nitro's insta and thought every outlet of Nitro sells meal. Turns out this outlet only sells pastries (my bad for not checking it thoroughly). So we ordered some coffee, pastry, and cakes. For coffee, I ordered iced spanish latte, in hope it tasted like what I used to drink. It wasn't that creamy, and the espresso wasn't as strong as other place's in flavor, but still good. Cappuccino was good, but not wow. Lemon chia seed cake was tasty, love it. The texture just right, the sweet and sour lemon sauce blends well with the subtly sweet cake. Worth the price for IDR 38k. Bacon and cheese croissant was so so, not that bad, but can be better. It was a bit dry. Not really worth the price for IDR 48k. Staff are friendly and informative, they also quick to clean up your table. For ambience, it was nice, not crowded and the music was just right. If you bring your laptop here, there are electric sockets available near sofas and tables. I didn't ask for their wifi, so I don't know their...

I've been here a few times before and loved it. The coffee is great, the great music creates a perfect, chill atmosphere for working or catching up with a friend. It was my go-to spot for good vibes.
Unfortunately, my today visit was a completely droppping the mood. A customer brought in multiple dogs that proceeded to have a prolonged, chaotic barking session. This wasn't a few yaps; it was relentless, stressful, and made conversation or concentration impossible.
The real disappointment was the staff's reaction: which was none. They completely ignored the disturbance. When I politely mentioned it, I was simply told, "It's a pet-friendly place." While I appreciate pet-friendly businesses, that policy should not come at the expense of every other customer's peace and enjoyment. "Pet-friendly" should mean well-behaved pets, not a free-for-all.
It's clear this place is indeed pet-friendly, but it's no longer a people-friendly or peace-friendly establishment. Such a shame. I won't be returning until I hear they've found a...
