Super disappointed with the service quality here!!!!
Called in to book a place for 12 people earlier in the morning & was advised to walk in to do so. However, when walking in they advised it was full table (even though there's no one inside) as it was reserved which they've received full payment for. We were told the only table available was outdoor which we're ok with! But to my disbelief, the next 5 mins they came back & told us the seating was only for 8 people!!! Really??? So unprofessional!!!
The greeter/ receptionist was rude, she raised her tone & gave unpleasant look to us!!! I understand that she might be tired and is fasting, but is this how you treat your customer???
Please train your people right, if you are fully book, please just tell us right away during the phone call & don't advise ur customer to walk in!!! This is very time wasting as we can go to another place rather than travel to your place when you don't even have table available!!!!!!!
You should also train the greeter/ front staff to be more attentive to the seating chart so as to not give false information to the customer, telling table is available...
Read moreFavorite restaurant when it comes to Indonesian soul food. A branch of Remboelan in Ashta District 8 with very good and comforting interior design. Aside from that, the food and drink menu is same with other Remboelan resto, maybe there is a slight different menu but overall it is just the same
The taste were delightful as always, every type of Nasi Bakul is always on my list. You can taste many type of upscale Indonesian food and drink and I guarantee all of the menu is worth it. Maybe a little improvement needed in some food like the Gulai Tikungan, I think they should put only meat in the gulai and not mixed with the fat. Again, this is my personal opinion
The appetizer and dessert that you should try are Bakwan Jagung and Es Pisang Ijo. It has very good taste and will match your tastebud
One thing to remember, because this place is located near office area, better to come before 07.00 PM or you have to list your name under the waiting list because the table will be full with businessman or employer...
Read moreI loved the place, authentic Indonesia cuisine restaurant nested on the first floor of District 8. I have been really impressed by the quality of the food and the diversity of the menu, as they offer a vast array of dishes from different regions of Indonesia.
On a business trip you want to try as much as you can in a very short time, and stopping by Semesta allowed me to do that. A few of the dishes we had among others: the Tahu Tempe, the Sayur Lodeh Pesisiran and the Sambel Tempe Donorojo Now don’t ask me which one is which on the photo, should have taken notes… but I strongly recommend them!
I also ended my dinner with an avocado coffee, a delicious treat that I highly recommend.
Really a good address for casual lunch or...
