I stopped by this eatery at Bali airport before my flight and tried their fish soup and fried fish set with rice and sambal. The Balinese flavors were still well-preserved, especially the spicy sambal that paired perfectly with the seafood. Their Ayam Betutu is also a must-try, maybe next time.
