I have a bad experience here, I'm a local tourist from jakarta using a motorbike. entering this area, the parking fee is immediately paid upfront to the man who wears vested clothes. We entered right behind the "bakso gerobak biru". While looking for a parking lot, suddenly there are man calling us that near him is any empty lot. Since the space that is quite narrow, he helps to slide our motorbike a little so that it fits, but only a little help, isn't very heavy. Finally we parked there. We started to suspect why this person was waiting, then we asked him "sorry do we have to pay in again?" pretending not to know if the parking is pad.
Then he said "I'm not a parking man here" with his face which not friendly. I answered "oh okay sorry". Then he asked "lookingfor meatballs/bakso huh?" Actually we went there to see the sunset and didn't look for meatballs, because coincidentally he asked about meatballs I remember the viral meatballs, I told him "bakso gerobak biru?", he answered "yes, come on mba" with a forced style. My friend and I are starting to feel uncomfortable, then we said sorry, we want to see this area first, and his answer was "if i know you won't follow me, I'll let it be" means if he know we don't follow him, he wouldn't help us. actually we don't know about this place, What is the concept of parking there? We don't understand. we feel Surprised we the man reaction, then I tried to find reviews on google, it turned out that there are many bad experiences. This is why it is important to see Google reviews first before going to a new place. Just info for local tourist friends who are the same as us.
Punya pengalaman buruk disini, saya turis lokal dr jkt pakai motor. masuk area ini biaya parkirnya langsung bayar dimuka sama bpk2 yg pakai baju berompi. Kami masuknya tepat dibelakang bakso gerobak biru. Sementara cari parkiran, tiba2 ada mas2 manggil blg ada yg kosong. Karna kita dpt yg space nya lumayan sempit, dia bantuin sedikit geser motor kami biar muat, tapi hanya sedikit tidak bantu yg berat2 amat ya. Akhirnya parkirlah kami disitu. Kami mulai curiga kenapa ini org nungguin, akhirnya kami tanya "maaf ini bayar dimuka ya" pura2 ga tau apakah parkirnya bayar lagi apa enggak. Trus dia bilang "saya bukan tukang parkir disini" dgn gaya mukanya ga friendly lah. saya jawab "oh iya maaf ya". Trus dia tanya "cari bakso ya?" sebenarnya kami kesitu mau liat sunset dan ga cari bakso, karna kebetulan dia nanya soal bakso saya ingat bakso yg viral, saya blg ke dia "bakso gerobak biru?", dia jawab "iya, ayo2 mba" dengan gaya maksa. Saya dan teman saya udh mulai ga nyaman, trus kami bilang maaf ya mau liat2 dulu daerah sini, dan jawaban dia "tau gitu saya biarin" maksudnya tau gitu dia ga bantuin kasih parkir gitu ya? Konsep parkiran disitu gimana dah? Kami kurang paham. Apakah milik mereka kah?! Kaget dijawab begitu, saya coba cari review di google, ternyata byk review kurang mengenakan. Ternyata oh ternyata, inilah kenapa pentingnya melihat review google dahulu sebelum ke tempat baru. just info aja buat teman2 turis lokal yg...
Read moreIf you wanna eat meatball soup (bakso) with good taste and best view, here there are the place! You can eat bakso with best view. But this gonna be the expensive bakso I ever try lol 35k/portion might be because the view.. well, it's worth it tho. I can't say this is the best bakso I ever try but the taste was good! This bakso located opposite from kumala pantai's hotel beach.. You will get greeting by kind beach boys. They will assist you for the table and the drinks as well. Ah forgot to mention, their bakso will accompany with side dish called "gorengan" (crackers) -- you will not get enough for one pcs. Haha Better go here when the sun isn't above you, so around sunset time is best time. But normally, it will be crowded at that time.. so if you lucky you'll get a table. Or try to come not in the weekend. This place is good for family (but smoke will everywhere-better looking table far from smoker),couple, or...
Read moreUnfortunately another money-grabbing place where they think the customer is an idiot with open wallet and they just try to take whatever they can. No drink price menu so they charge whatever they want. A young coconut for 40k in a place without even the basic hygiene is a joke. Normal price is 25k even in much nicer places. They invite you to sit for eating but then want to charge the seating once you are done. They state the price of the bakso and then increase it once you ask for the bill justifying the increase with the pangsit which you didn’t ordered extra, but they charge anyways.
The bakso itself is overrated and overpriced for the portion. Taste is average, hygiene is questionable and when all this comes with the feeling of being ripped off, they get what they look for: a one shot visit and...
