Awesome we had a fantastic time at the Beachwalk diner last week for lunch while holidaying with the family, I loved the entry being greeted with a high guys that all staff responded with high guys very welcoming nice touch.
We ordered our food with very friendly staff 😊 and the food arrived very promptly, we were then further treated to great hits on the juke box eventually clicking over and playing KC’s Get down tonight.
The staff were brilliant joining together to do a routine dance that got us interacting with them making our experience all the more enjoyable and memorable as this has now been one of the best highlights of our Bali trip we loved it thank you.
We couldn’t have timed it better as they only dance 3 times a day and we managed to be there at one of them, the staff was awesome and for all those whingers about price??? please we pay $20 AUD for burger chips and a drink, your on holiday making memories and having fun and it’s cheap and I would go back in a heart beat.
Thank you Johnny Rockets for a great time love from Melbourne...
Read moreThe food is great and my daughter loves the fries! My daughter can't get her hands off her little burgers too (as we don't have JR in Darwin Australia). Just noticed though that the female staff who assisted us was not even smiling and she didn't even bother to greet my husband unlike the way how she greeted the "white foreigners" beside us. We noticed too that when we entered and exited the place, no one greeted us or thanked us LIKE the way they greeted and thanked those customers who are "white" and appears to be "foreigners" (perhaps we look like locals as we're south east asians - Filipino - Australians to be exact). Hopefully in the next 6 mos when we come back and visit your store, they'll greet us with outmost sincerity the same way they greet the white foreigners. It made us feel bad that racism and stereotyping exist in such great food chain.
**And I THINK I AM NOT THE FIRST ONE TO COMMENT ON THIS MATTER. Mrs. Valia Yovanka wrote this same comment...
Read moreWas once a big favourite classic American Diner that delivered big on taste and great ingredients. It seems Johnny Rockets have recently made massive cuts in their produce quality. We ordered chilli cheese fries which I LOVED when I first tried it years ago. This time, they were served in a metal basket with a thin paper base as a plate... Chips mediocre, chilli was under cooked, underseasoned beef sauce and the cheese was tasteless cheese sauce. What happened to oosing melted tasty cheese? Bitterly disappointing! Burger was equally tasteless and tepid, with zero zing and personality. This experience of Johnny Rockets was nothing but a highly disappointing version of an old concept. They have skimped on food quality to subsidise high-rent premium premises while maintaining margins. Never again for me. If you're looking for a fun diner ambiance and friendly service, but don't care about flavour then you might enjoy this Johnny Rockets. Otherwise, don't...
