The place is easy to find. It's located right at the front of the mall with a view to the street. I was there on the first night I was in Bali. It was quiet inside. There were tables for groups of people and I thought if people want to work as a group, it will be the right place. Saya ingin klaim star yang merupakan hak saya sebagai loyalti customer, saat penukaran memang buffering lama, terlihat baristanya menghela napas sampe saya bilang “maaf ya kak lama aku gatau bs lama gt” dan oke dia blng “gapapa kak” dengan wajah nya yg lempeng lalu dia oper ke teman baristnya, giliran dia melayani orang asing senyumnya melebar dan detail menjelaskan menu. Berbeda dengan Starbucks Teuku Umar saat saya memilih misal menu tertentu pasti baristanya bilang utk memastikan “itu manis kak, kakaknya suka manis kan” BEDA BANGET SAMA BARISTA DI STORE INI yang asal terima aja tanpa ada komunikasi lg dengan customer wkwkwk
yang kedua kali saya kesini, saya kira sudah lebih baik gt ya ternyata sangat tidak komunikatif barista di store ini, tidak ramah dan kurang welcome pada customer. Jujur kecewa sih, apalagi pas pengambilan minumannya cuman dipanggil gaada makasih makasihnya atau bilang enjoy wkwkwk UDAH KAYAK GEMBEL YANG DIKASI MINUMAN GT tersinggung bgt digituin kmren
Dan rasa kopinya seperti gosong gitu pdahal saya udah tanya sama cashiernya karena saya mau coba menu yang belum pernah saya coba, dan dia bilang manis dan tidak strong😭
Saya pertama kali memberikan ulasan buruk pada suatu pelaku usaha, tapi ayolah kalau sudah melayani customer apapun itu kita harus melakukan yang terbaik jangan karena mood atau customer nukar loyalti buat kalian berpikir kita jg gapernah bayar karena saya juga bekerja di bagian pelayanan masyarakat/customer.
