Recommended lunch spot by another local business as a go to for lunch. Was craving a good quality salad packed roll ... Did not disappoint with a REAL fresh, crispy baguette. Corn beef, bacon, egg are your protein options or get a great vego salad. No chicken or other meats available. They pride themselves on their home cooked corned beef which is super lean and fresh. Lots of options like fresh baked muffins, snacks and sides on offer. Iced coffees and milkshakes looked amazing! Everything made fresh to order. We got two fresh squeezed mix juices which were so delicious and refreshing and a bargain RP 1,800 ea! We were welcomed from the heat with ice cold towels (yes!!!) They use delicious NZ cheese in their sandwiches. To get veggie roll is fabulous!!! Tons of fresh veg on a crusty french loaf. The tomato and cheese toasty was just the right proportions of cheese to tomato to bread and perfectly melted. The flat white are great too, not to strong, just right , the iced coffee was fabulous, The bacon was real and perfectly cooked, fat was rendered out but not overly cooked scrambled eggs were nice and fluffy. Ordered the salad baguette which you can add home made corned beef and NZ cheddar cheese which was absolutely delicious. Also enjoyed toasted cheese and bacon. If you order a big cup of latte or cappuccino, make sure you have double shot otherwise the coffee will be weak.
