On our first day in Ubud we discovered this hidden gem Fancy Cup Cafe by accident while looking for a spa for a massage. We have returned every day since for a massage at Putri and lunch at Fancy Cup cafe.

Yesterday we book our time at the spa to enjoy lunch at Fancy Cup prior to the spa followed by dinner after the spa.

The staff are wonderfully welcoming and offer exceptional service especially Intan.

The ambience is peaceful and relaxing being set in a manicured tropical garden down a lane and away from the busy main road.

The selection of food diverse catering for a wide range of tastes, and is delicious.

The coffee and pastries came as a wonderful surprise both were the best we have experience in Bali.

If staying in Ubud this Hidden Gem is a must go to cafe if visiting Ubud the Fancy Cup cafe and Putri Spa should be on your list of places...

This is a hidden treasure in Ubud that was great to work from. It's set in a garden of a day spa off the main road which means it's quiet and tranquil once you're in inside.

Good iced coffee and the prices are affordable.

They have a "pina colada" smoothie bowl for breakfast was great. This gem is hidden in the drinks section, so you have to look for it to find it. It's made with coconut milk, banana and pineapple.

I had the seafood laksa for lunch which was also very flavorful and tasty.

Only downside to this place is the wifi was very slow and I had issues taking some meeting calls here. Other than that working from here is good. There is quite a few powerpoints so you can charge your laptop.

Would visit again if I was...

I could never expect a cafe in a spa center could be so good...! The menu looked too fancy for me to even hope for a quality, but hey - we are in Ubud! And once you set your mind free - you get things you did not even know exist. First i tried asian dish "laksa" and it was fantasticly yammi! I decided to challenge the place and ordered an italian dish next visit - gnocci (pretty rare dish - who would hope it gonna be good??!), but it turned out to be far beyond my expectations!!! I must say it is even better then in those "professional" italian restaurents. It is excellent!! I am excited to try more from their menu since they gained my trust.
