DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE!! Terrible experience… I wish I had read the reviews before going. It’s Gili and you just think all places are cool; but not this one. The waiter didn’t speak english (ok, no problem!) But instead of look for the boss he would just say ‘I don’t know’. I ordered a burger and I asked if the meat could be rare; super fast cooked. And he just would say ‘I don’t know’. I asked him if anybody could come and help him… he left and it seems the boss said NO 😂. I translated my petition with google translator and he seemed to had gotten it. Well; we waited for our meals more than 30 ‘ !! (And no, the restaurant wasn’t crowded). They just served 40 minutes after and super COLD. So, I tell the waiter: Look, this is 🥶 cold. He just said ‘YES’. Again he did not understand. This time I went to the boss and when I explained HE LAUGHED! He wasn’t even looking at me. He told me to cancel my order 😂 like leaving without having dinner. I couldn’t do that because my boyfriend was already eating. So, he said ‘ We can warm it for you’. 😂😂😂😂😂 THEY BURNED the bacon and overcooked the meat but the chease was COLD from the fridge!! I told the guy I was leaving… they tried to charge two times the burger 🍔. Finally they charged just one. I said I was paying for something I did not order and he laughed AGAIN ‘I told you to cancel it🤷🏻‍♀️’. They did not want to give me the receipt ( I took a pic from the laptop ).

The problem of this place isn’t a guy doesn’t speak english or they mistook with a burger or they took 40 minutes to bring us the dinner… the problem is they DON’T EVEN CARE. They laugh at the tourists, not a single apologize!! Terrible 😞 Don’t go to...

Worst restaurant on the island. If you want to have a better dinner then here, then you may aswell go to the kebab shop down the road. The food was brought out cold and one by one. We had a table of eight and some peoples dinners were cleared before some others were brought out. The chicken curry was a chicken stock cube with 3 pieces of chicken with bone. The steak was a lump of fat and the drinks took 30 mins to come out. They apologised and said the restaurant was busy but there werebstaff sitting around twiddling their tumbs while the place was empty. How this place ever has business I don't know but trust me don't go here you will be highly disappointed and will most likely leave without eating a fork full of food. Wouldn't give the food to a dog. When complained to the staff they wer very unapproachable. Honestly do yourselves a favour and get a packet of pringles instead you will...

The restaurant is beautiful but the food was a total let down. Everything we ordered arrived different to described, a pasta with no sauce and a ‘pizza’ that was a tortilla wrap covered in cheese. Also they had live music which was beautiful to listen to but it was so loud we couldn’t have a conversation over dinner. Staff and service was great but we could only get bottled water in single use small bottles, nothing for table water and they were still using plastic straws in...
