I visited Indian Vibe yesterday with my family. I’ve been here quite a few times before — almost every time I’ve visited Dún Laoghaire — but unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing.

The service was extremely slow; there was only one staff member working alongside one of the owners. While I can overlook slow service at times, the food was the real letdown. I had always spoken highly of this restaurant to my family and friends, but yesterday’s meal did not live up to expectations.

We ordered Dal Makhni, Paneer Lababdaar, Veg Manchurian, and Naans. The Paneer was extremely sweet, the Manchurian was good, and the Dal was just okay. When the owner came over for feedback, we honestly mentioned that the Paneer was too sweet and that we were expecting it to be slightly spicier — especially since we’re from North India. She kindly offered to remake the dish, but we declined because the service was already slow and we had to leave soon.

Up to that point, everything was fine. However, the owner then offered to prepare another dish — Ghassi Paneer (apologies if I’ve spelled it wrong) — for us to take home, made to our taste. While it was very thoughtful of her, when we got home, we were surprised to see the portion size — it was half of what would normally be served.

To clarify, we hadn’t asked for a replacement or complimentary dish; she offered it on her own, and we even ordered some extra naan to go with it. But if you’re offering something to make up for an unsatisfactory meal — especially for a group of three — it’s only fair to provide a reasonable portion.

Overall, I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but yesterday’s visit was truly disappointing, both in terms of food quality and overall experience. Unfortunately, This would probably be the last time i visit. Would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money fellas! There are better restaurants (Indian) like thali, Indian tiffins rathgar,...

Indian Vibe - An Exceptional Experience!

Our visit to India Vibe was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we stepped in, the ambience set the tone for a delightful dining experience. The decor and vibe of the restaurant exuded warmth, sophistication, and a touch of traditional Indian culture.

We ordered the Set Lunch 3-Course Menu, which turned out to be an absolute treat! For starters, we enjoyed perfectly spiced and tender Seekh Kebab and Lamb Samosa, which were full of flavour. For the mains, we savored the rich and aromatic Lamb Rogan Josh and the deliciously creamy and flavorful Chicken Gassi. Both dishes were cooked to perfection and paired beautifully with the Garlic Naan & Tandoor Roti.

To complement our meal, we also ordered a Mango Lassi, which was refreshing and just the right balance of sweetness, along with a crisp and refreshing Sparkling Water. The drinks menu deserves a special mention — the restaurant has an impressive bar menu, and the Glass of Merlot and Kingfisher Beers we ordered paired beautifully with the meal.

For desserts, we chose Ras Malai and Gulab Jamun, both of which were heavenly and provided the perfect ending to an already incredible meal.

Special shoutout to our server Raji, who was exceptional in her service! She was attentive, courteous, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her warm demeanor added a personal touch to our dining experience, making it even more memorable.

Overall, Indian Vibe is not just a restaurant — it’s an experience. From the thoughtfully curated menu to the impeccable service and inviting atmosphere, everything was top-notch. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine with a modern twist.

Thank you, Indian Vibe, for an unforgettable dining experience. We will definitely be...

If you're looking for a perfect Indian dining experience, this restaurant is a must-visit! Here's why:

Biriyani: An absolute delight! Perfectly spiced and aromatic rice with tender meat. Every bite was bursting with flavor. Pav Bhaji: The bhaji was rich, flavorful, and served with soft pav. A true Mumbai street food experience! Veg Manchuria: Crispy, spicy, and packed with flavor. It’s a great appetizer to start your meal! Paneer: Melt-in-your-mouth goodness! The paneer was soft, and the seasoning was just right, making it one of the best I’ve had. Chicken Gongura: A standout dish with the perfect blend of tangy and spicy flavors. The chicken was tender and well-marinated. Garlic Butter Naan: Fluffy, warm, and infused with the perfect amount of garlic. It complemented every dish! Chicken Tikka: Juicy, smoky, and full of flavor, the chicken was perfectly grilled and served hot. Mango Lassi: A refreshing and smooth drink that balanced the spices perfectly. The taste of mango was vibrant and fresh. Overall, this place offers an amazing mix of flavors, and the service is just as fantastic! Would...

Recommend, which says a lot for someone not usually a fan of the Indian kitchen. They had two separate menus, which was confusing, but after asking the very friendly staff, it made sense. They had a few options that were not spicy at all, and they were delicious. My friends (who did take dishes with more spice) could not stop exclaiming how delicious their food was. The decor was beautiful, the music maybe a touch too loud. When the staff noticed we were fanning ourselves because of the heat, they turned on the AC. The only thing I did not like was that our food was not served at the same time. Half of the group ordered starters, but even the starters arrived at different times. Mains also did not arrive at the same time, resulting in some of our party having finished her dinner before others had even received their starter. But, the food was worth it!
