Nice, well run bar, with efficient staff behind the counter. Didn't eat but the food looked good. Pint was lovely. Looks like plenty of music has taken place here over the years and there are some great names on the walls down to the toilets and up to what may be where they play (I didn't look). Was my first time out at a pub in a long time. I was so impressed with the service of the staff which worked seamlessly as a team especially Eric. Eric was amazing he was running around making sure everyone always had a full pint. Very fast service and Eric was polite and professional. Everyone at our table noticed his excellent work ethic. We wanted to eat fish and chips and went there for lunch. The pub is quiet and the service is quick and friendly, but the fish and chips is just not worth the price. Even though the fish was fine, it was 19€ for a very small portion of cod, and a ridiculously huge amount of frozen chips (for that price I would have expected at least homemade ones), with the dip and a small portion of salad.
