Great location, with plenty of seating inside and out and plenty of menu choices

Unfortunately I had a TERRIBLE interaction (especially paying over 30 euro) We planned to order on the app until a E1.30 service charge, tried to show a worker my checkout off the app so could read for herslef, didnt speak english or understand, so another worker butted in and snapped at me just to read it out

Then her attitude continued as she certiqued my pronucation of the salsa, there are med or mil on menu so thats how i called them out, then again trying be clever because she could pronuce queso, which ended up hidden underneat the nachos and salsa like it was thrown in with an attitude

No theres cutlery, napkins etc there, or make sure to scan you loyalty card and explain it

Also my girlfriend has lymphoedema and I tried 3 times to ask politely if I could bring out a flat metal chair as be easier for her, eventually I was told ah be better if you sat in. To me discriminating against someone with a disability

The girlfriend couldn not finish hers and went in just to ask them too wrap in fresh tinfoil and a bag too take home, but no, she heated a fresh wrap, then put the filling into that and made it up like it was a new wrap up in new foil, sickers the works. Before the pandemic I went to boojum nearly on a daily basis, sometimes for lunch and dinner. I had a collection of boojum tshirts, I even stopped accepting the tshirst as I had too many. I refrained from ordering with deliveroo during the pandemic as they handle cheese and wraps without changing gloves. I used to order in person, that way I could ensure I wasnt getting sour cream contaminated corn salsa and I could request the server to change gloves. I am very disappointed in the direction boojum has taken. They have updated their portion sizes. I got a burrito today and I noticed the server put the tiniest portion of Mexican rice on the burrito followed by a tiny scoop of 3 bean chilli filling. I do notice when someone orders a meat, they get a larger a larger portion compared to the vegan option. I asked the server if I could get more rice as there was barely any on the wrap and she let me know the portions have been reduced. Now as someone who has gone to boojum 100s of times I can tell you the portions are now tiny and absolutely not worth the money you pay. I have a tonne of friends who loved boojum like myself I'll be letting them know not to get robbed with tiny portions in boojum. I really can't express how disappointed I am. Wow that was terrible experience,1st my partner asked can we have a burrito and the guy behind the till said “burrito what’s a burrito” and then had to ask the co-workers “whats a burrito” ? Both of us were very confused at this employees behaviour he didn’t seem to know what a burrito was even though he’s working in a Mexican food chain ,finally they told him ,and got the ball rolling , the angry looking girl who was adding ingredients was literally slapping the sauces and food aggressively at the burrito wrap and just tossed the food in like she really really didn’t care ,then scrunched up the ingredients and folded the burrito appallingly ,when I came to eat the burrito the tin only covered 85% of the burrito and because it was terribly folded I was left with falling apart immediately ruining the burrito ,I seen her to this to the two customers ahead of me and they didn’t seem too happy either ,also when I was paying they only take card which is just a nuisance as cash is legal tender and should be accepted no matter what ,would not recommend this boojum,and hope it’s only this particular one that’s so bad ,would hate for brand go to the dogs ,been to other boojums never had an issue so maybe it’s...
