I was looking for place for lunch at Smithfield area and found Cinnamon Cafe with selection of soups (four different) plenty of sandwiches 🥪 and ciabatta options. I am very much “soup person” especially in autumn and winter. I got delicious beef soup! I haven’t try coffee yet but definitely I will be back.

Went here with my friend. Lots of options to choose from. They have flavour coffees here which I saw after I ordered. I got a small break of Scrabbled egg and toast with sausages and coffee. My friend got Scrabble egg and toast and coffee. Lovely breakfast and great service and reasonable prices.

The staff are amazing the girl behind the counter long black hair, so welcoming and friendly, visited this place from Leeds Uk and just made you feel so welcome. The food was out of this world. Will defo be coming back next time we are in Dublin. 5 stars all the way

New office in the area and we decided to try this place at lunch time, the place was quiet at the moment we arrived. My colleague self-served soup, I ordered a sandwich at 13.10(one of the wonders of Revolut is that you know exactly the time you order). After some minutes I saw my sandwich going to the wrong table and the waitress throwing it in the bin when the customer called off her mistake. The place started to fill up with people and sandwiches started to flow to the tables. But there was no sight of my food. I went to the counter twice enquiring abt my order and they kept looking at me as if I was a mad woman asking for the moon. At 13.30 my colleague finished the soup, and they finally announced that my sandwich was ready. Yes 20 minutes later and without a single apology, as if they were making me a favor. That whole attitude, that mismanagement of the situation, I, of course, canceled the order. Everybody is entitled to make mistakes, it is the way you try to amend them that stays with the customer. In this case they didnt even try to amend anything because they didnt even acknowledge that they'd misplaced my order. Apparently the soup was good, but the experience was too annoying to give them a...

Xenophobia and terrible service.

I went to your café today around 10 AM. Not only was I treated absurdly badly because no one informed me that my coffee was ready, but I was also treated very differently from other customers. They even made latte art for other orders, while mine was just handed to me carelessly. I’m a barista, and I know that what I was given had way too much foam.

I was eating at a table since I had come from Cork and have celiac disease, and nothing on the menu was suitable for me. While I was talking to my father in Portuguese on the phone, they started treating me very poorly and even took my coffee away from my table without asking!

When I questioned what had happened, they told me I was not respecting the place. I talked about this with a friend, and he said he had been to this café before and was also treated terribly!

I will never go to this place again! I always visit cafés across Ireland and review them, and I have never been...

I'm pretty sure this is my first ever review. Just been to this café 30mins ago, chose it over the one next over because it looked cozy. The breakfast bap was good, the cappuccino was good but very small for the price. Unfortunately the man behind the counter (owner?) Was very rude to me and the staff when I was ordering at the till. While I was waiting for my food and then eating, there was a very loud discussion going on in the kitchen between the ?owner and two staff. Only one young, very friendly waitress was in the front running the place on her own even though it was very busy and she clearly needed help (which she mentioned but was ignored). It was very uncomfortable having to witness how staff was spoken to and the only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the waitress, who was handling the situation in a calm and professional way, and the quality of the food. But would definitely not go there again and...
