I had a terrible experience here. The service is awful, and the menu is misleading. The price for the 1/2 burger on the menu is €6.95, but they charged me €2 more for cheese. I told them I didn’t ask for cheese and that I only ordered the regular one for €6.95. The guy told me, “That one doesn’t come with cheese.” I replied that they should make it clear on the menu, but he rudely argued, “You don’t know how to read.” I pointed out that their menu is unclear, but he kept being disrespectful.

On top of that, they charge a deposit for the plastic bottle, but you can’t return it in the machines because their Coca-Cola comes from another supplier. When I confronted him about this, he just said, “Learn to read,” instead of addressing the issue. To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered the burger was completely burnt.

The service was terrible, and the attitude of the two guys working there was even worse—they were speaking in their own language while I was trying to explain that their menu was misleading. I absolutely don’t recommend this place. Avoid...
