Spar — Local services in Dublin

Have been using this store for many years as i live in the area. I refuse to use this store again. The prices change every week and fluctuate even more so on match days as its located close to Croke Park.

The staff have no manners, never say hello, thank you, nothing! On most occasions they are on a phone call as they deal with you.

A lot of products are not priced and the staff always, and i mean always double scan items, so be extra vigilant and ask for receipts or watch screen as they process your items.

They sell soft drinks that should only be sold in multiple packs, which is illegal. On a recent visit I purchased an item that was advertised as €2.50 and i was charged €3.80. When i queried this i was advised the item "starts at €2.50", ridiculous comment. Its absolute robbery and not sure how this store is allowed to get away with what it does.

Deli food should also be avoided, it’s never fresh and the bakery section always has flies. I won’t visit again and will be making a formal complaint...

This store is constantly deceiving customers with prices ... they do it on purpose as to rob people of money ... the prices isn’t the same on the till! the product is always more expensive than the price under the product ... even the price tag belongs to another product ... the employees are always bored and instead of putting the price in order so they explain to you that it's like that everywhere... an attempt to get in touch with the manager was unsuccessful… I live near this store and have been visiting this store for a few years now! I always leave cheated and robbed of money... I will complain! I was deceived and cheated at least 20 times is not a coincidence!!! you are doing it purposefully how to make money from your customers! you are the most expensive shop in Ireland and you are still robbing customers!...

Terrible manners, me and my friend was outside the shop around a month ago a fella and his girlfriend outside of the shop got jumped on I ran in to the spar to tell them and I goes ring the Garda and the women at the till says no can do I was absolutely disgusted by the way they speak to u and don’t even get me started on the prices especially on match days they put them up and if is an absolute a disgrace I hate that shop but I have no choice to go as I live in the area and if I’m need of an emergency I am...
