Very bad customer service! I ordered the vegetable korma and after waiting 20 minutes I was given the chicken korma instead. After running back and explaining that they had given me the wrong dish all I reciever a simple 'sorry' and told to wait another 5 minutes. I had already wasted 45 minutes of my break at this stage so I asked could I get a refund after spending nearly €17 all together which I was refused as they said they could only give me a discount next time. I know sometimes mistakes happen but they forgot to give my friend his rice , but luckily he realised before leaving. I also overheard that they had forgotten to deliver another rice to someone else. Unbelievably bad service and extremely rude. I ordered food directly from their website so that all my money went to the business, rather than Just Eat. After a confirmation email said it would take 45 minutes it took over an hour and a half, and when I called up to ask about it I was told it was a Just Eat problem and not theirs, and that it had been delivered to my household – even though I was the only one home and no food had arrived. This place only does pick up. The food was well prepared. It's not a 5 for me not because it doesn't have places to sit but because the setup offers little info about the source of their produce and ingredients. Kitchen looked clean, food was fresh and quick, and they had various choices. I had the fish tikka, chicken saag and brown rice. The whole meal was tasty, with generous portions, and reasonably priced compared to most Indian joints in Dublin. Will definitely be back to Rasoi for the weekly...
