Starbucks — Restaurant in Dublin

This location is so convenient for grabbing a coffee or bite to eat and years ago it was a great place to do so. Unfortunately, the quality of this location has become disappointing. Since Covid, the inside is rather dirty with toilets that are clearly not cleaned very regularly. Until recently, I visited here every day so I knew the staff. While there were a few decent employees, most ended up being rather rude and unhelpful. They seem to act annoyed when you’re ordering. I was picking up a coffee after getting groceries. The employee who was serving me said that I needed to take my coffee to go as no outside food was allowed in the store. Even after telling them that these are groceries and I had no intention of eating my raw pasta and vegetables in store, they insisted I could not sit in. Never...

Don't get me wrong, this is a really nice starbucks to have a coffee and study in. Very nice open floor establishment with plenty of seats throughout the day. The thing that really brings the place down is the absolutely filthy toilet situation. I honestly don't think they get cleaned daily. I floors are actually covered in human urine and excrement and this isn't a one off issue, it's a daily occurence. Managment need to deal with this issue pronto as it is a massive stain on an otherwise very nice...

The fact that the toilet of the branch here is closed for customer use and the reason is said that there is no water, you have a really great service understanding!

when people come here for coffee they expect the toilet to be clean and accessible!

Lack of water in the toilet is the responsibility of starbucks. If you can't solve this problem as soon as possible or if you can't offer customers another solution, it means that there is no qualified manager and employee...
