I absolutely love this restaurant. It is the best all you can eat Chinese restaurant in Dublin, by far. Any of the other ones you could try never re-fill certain dishes and other dishes are left there so long they are freezing. This may not be the cheapest one to go to, but in my opinion, it is by far the superior one. For a couple of Euro extra you get a refillable glass for your soda drink. For anyone visiting forst time, and the range of food is enough to blow your mind - its hard to take it all in. And it has so many nooks and crannies stuffed with a variety of sweets, cakes, chocolate fountains, desserts, sushi and fresh salads. They also make fresh ice-cream made the way YOU like it while you watch them create it. It's delicious. As for all the other dishes for your main meal (which you won't fit in on your first visit) they do not stick to just Chinese dishes only. You can get Italian, Mexican, Indian and European. They replinish every dish immediately when it runs out. And everything is so fabulous with flavours that this happens reguraly , so every item is piping hot. They are constantly cleaning and making sure surfaces and floors are kept clean. It's very good to see that. There are so many staff to help you out and all of them are so helpful and polite. In this cost of living crisis its not easy to afford to go out nor get a take away, but when I get truly sick of the taste of my own cooking, this is the only place I know of that is quick, easy and really worth the money that you pay out, especially for its selection, its quality, its freshness and most of all taste and good service. Please keep up the piping hot part because that alone makes you stand out first thing from all the other "all you can eat" places that have left their foods there sitting for hours under warm lamps and that makes my skin crawl. A special thanks to the gentleman that always helps me out, who is always on the cash register. They also do cocktail offers midweek but I'm not quite sure what it is at the moment because it was someone else who noticed that, but you'll be able to see it on their website. And they also have a bar with...
Read moreWing’s World Cuisine is one of the most poorly ran restaurants I have ever has the displeasure of visiting. Myself and my partner arrived at the restaurant at 7:40pm and although we are quite happy to wait for a table at a good restaurant we ended up queuing for 20 minutes and we were not informed of a wait time on arrival. We were seated at table 38 and had to pay up front for our meal. We ordered two cocktails at 8pm and went up to the all you can eat, expecting the cocktails to have arrived when we got back to the table. We sat down to eat and at 8:15 we inquired to where our drinks were and informed they would be 5 more minutes. We went up together for our second plate of food and when we came back to the table there were a group of people sitting there! They had given our table to another group of people. We asked a member of staff who was passing by what had happened and they quickly re-seated us at table 4 and swept the issue under the rug. Then our cocktails went past and we had to call them over as we had moved to a completely different section of the restaurant. We had two drinks on the table when we decided to go up for dessert… hand made ice cream. There was another queue for this which took about 10 minutes and when we arrived back at table 4 our drinks were nowhere to be seen and the table had been cleaned and reset ready for the next customer!!! When I decided to complain to the manager, I was spoken over and didn’t even get to explain that the issue had happened not once but twice. The resolution they offered? Two £5 gift vouchers to come again and ONE free Pepsi Max! Our meals were £22.95 each… the gift vouchers wouldn’t even cover half of one persons meal or one drink if we were to attend again. You can rest assured we will not be coming back, even with such a generous gesture! Paying upfront is the inherent issue with this restaurant, they have no idea who is sat where or who has left. Damaged the gift vouchers so they couldn’t be used and left them on the table with this note. I would not recommend Wing’s...
Read moreUnfortunately we arrived about an hour before the lunch/dinner swapover at 3.45pm which we were not aware off. Christmas shopping in Dublin, on Monday, it was not a long lunch, just a place that was close by, new to try for a break & sit down having been told about it. Because it really is off the beaten track. There’s a difference in price between ‘lunch’ and ‘dinner’ - about €9 per person which we were told at entry, then during our dining multiple times by the very rude and tardy waiter, that if we would like to stay after 3.45pm - we needed to ‘upgrade’ to evening price! Despite trying to just relax for an hour, choose from a large selection of buffet, we were all basically told you are not allowed to go near the buffet again after 3.45pm or you have to pay the extra. We had no intention of sitting around anyway! We were made feel so uncomfortable. The selection is probably good after 3.45 - 4pm. It wasn’t available when we arrived as they had already started preparing for the later service so lots of empty selection stations etc. It’s a very large buffet restaurant, it looks great and lots of different cuisine areas, however if you would like to browse and have a look at the selection before choosing what you would like to eat in a buffet, it’s not worth the money. We would have been better off dining somewhere that offers good customer service, a friendly environment and nice food. It was €15 per person for the ‘lunch’ buffet. Then the price of a soft drink, beer etc on top. It’s €24 per person after 3.45pm for ‘dinner’. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend, we were treated like cattle, no-one had a nice experience. No one enjoyed the food and a couple of people had ill tummy’s afterwards & needed the toilet...
