Made an order throught the website from the swords branch on 1/1/21 and paid online. Ten minutes later a member of staff called to say the shop was closed. It said on the website that the place was open and accepted my order and payment. The girl said the money would be refunded to my account within 3/5 working days. 7 days later still no refund so I called to the shop and asked for a manager and was told there was no manager there and the less than pleasant girl took my name and number for the manager to call me. No call came so I had to call the shop myself and asked for a manager, it was the same unpleasant and quite rude girl on the phone telling me she was the manager and told me it would take another 7 to 10 days for the refund to come, when I asked why its taking so long she said she was not going to continue the call or serve me again. It seems that dealing with simple customer queries are a real problem for this girl. I would advise Sanuk to send their managers for some much needed customer service training and to update their website promptly if they decide to close early in order to avoid this kind of inconvenience in the future. Read moreSo we have always loved Sanuk, we start trying Camile Thai for a while, however tonight we decided to order from Sanuk Swords. I had rang in my order to ensure it was correct as my husband cannot eat fine string beans, I had asked for it to be removed from his curry and replaced with some courgettes if possible. Food arrived his curry came with fine string beans and added celery which he cannot eat either.... I called back and the offered to resend dish, which is ridiculous offer of service recovery as now if I accept iv to sit and wait with my order for another 50 mins so we can eat together, but what bothered me the most was whom ever the supervisor was on the evening could not be bothered to speak with me on the phone and and rectify but spoke over the girl on the phone. BAD MANAGEMENT !!!! so we paid 40 euros for dish we had to puck food out off that we did not like... No service recovery or alternative offer to secure customer retention. Read moreOrdered from Sanuk in Rush. 3 dishes none of them eatible tbh. Let's start from spice box, served with potato chunks !? No chips ? Chicken was olso overcooked and the batter was discussing. Spiced with something of a tasted of Mcdonnels spice box, oversalted and just discussing. Next sweet chili chicken, plenty of veg, nice, ruined by some artificial chili sauce guessing it's from a big bucket bought at Musgrave. Next chicken in mild curry sauce with leaks etc. Well, haven't seen a single veg there. The smell of this was just completely discussing, chicken overcooked and not cooked from fresh, pre made slices and possibly from frozen. I honestly had Chinese and Thai for many years but this was one of the worsts experiences I had in a long time. It's also expensive. On the positive side, quick delivery and that's it tbh. I don't recommend, go somewhere else, anywhere! Run...
