If I could rate this experience a 0 I would have. I came in on Sunday evening with my family and we were seated straight away I was with my child which preferred a different seat which was available and table was cleaned and people were sitting in this area as to when a different employee than the one sitting us who’s name apparently is ‘Emma’ rudely suggest that the area is closed at the back to which we said we didn’t ask for a seat at the back we asked for that seat there keep in mind the server that was going to serve us was mid way to walking us to a table (not at the back) this server then goes to her manager who’s name was ‘Adam’ and tells him our table has a problem. This ‘manager’ then stops my mam midway from going to the bathroom to ask her if there was a problem and if there was a problem she’d have to tell him asap! Threatening my poor mother on the way to the toilet as to which she didn’t know what was going on!! My mam comes back from the bathroom to tell me this manager Adam had threatened and stopped her on the way to the toilet to then led to me calling him over to the table to ask why he did so? His excuse for this was because his staff said there was a problem and even if so there was he would have to come to the table not stop someone from the table on their way to the bathroom that’s absurd and incredibly unprofessional meanwhile the colleague ‘Emma’ was sniggering and laughing at this as this is the outcome she wanted the staff are incredibly untrained and unprofessional and need to be taught on how to deal with customers and common courtesy! I will never be returning to this Nando’s again to pay €80 for 4 meals and to be treated like this absolutely never again! They were acting as if the food was coming out of their pockets! Even after letting this ‘manager’ know we were unsatisfied still in the end nothing was done about it. Staff needs more training asap! Food was cold in the end of this conversation with the manager he was too worried about the wellness of his horrible staff than the customers ! Mental honestly...
Read moreLeft a review over a year ago because I had such a good experience but last night was a real shame. After sitting down and ordering our food through the app, we got our plates, knives and forks and everything ourselves. We enjoyed the meal. When we ordered the desert however I didn't get any cutlery when it arrived. And my Mother politely asked for some. The waitress just pointed to it and said "over there" and walked away without even looking at us. I was with my 2 elderly parents and my Mother clearly had a walking stick. I was sitting on the inside by this point so had to ask my disabled Mother to get up. To be honest I thought after the fact that we ordered online and didn't bother them at all up to this point, that this was a terrible way to treat a customer. Not even the decency to pick up some cutlery for a disabled guest, which could have been done in 30 seconds. The staff used to be so nice. We honestly don't expect to be treated like royalty but a little help wouldn't be of harm. Don't think...
Read moreSo we have been here before. We had a much better experience in the past.
Unfortunately when we attended this Nandos on Friday 10th November the service was appalling. We arrive at 6pm where we could see at least 8-10 free tables. We were told we have to put our name on a list as ‘there were no tables free’ However we COULD SEE THE FREE TABLES.
Anyway, we put our name, we’re told to come back at 6:25 which we did. To our surprise it turns out we were put on for a table for 6:35 instead of 6:25. The same tables that were free at 6pm were still free at 6:25. Instead of letting us sit in, we were made to wait outside for 10 minutes after which we were placed at a table which was free the whole time.
Additionally, there was no cutlery, after asking staff it took over 10 minutes for new ones to be put out.
Only thing that gave this place a 3 was the food which did not disappoint. However Jamie at the front of house needs...
