D'lush Cafe Wexford — Restaurant in The Borough District of Wexford

We just had the most fantastic brunch/lunch at the D’Lush Cafe. What a hidden gem! I had the chicken caesar wrap, perfectly prepared with an egg, fresh greens, and rashers, and mixed with a homemade caesar dressing. The wrap was toasted perfectly. I will be savoring that taste for a very long time! Patrick had the avocado toast and smoked salmon on freshly made sourdough bread. Absolutely delicious!! He had seen the pictures on Facebook and had wanted to try it for a very long time. Amy is the perfect hostess and Rocky an awesome chef! Located in the heart of Wexford town ina very modern art gallery with some beautiful features. There isn't dedicated parking but plenty is available nearby in the church or hotels nearby. Parking can be at a premium at weekends and at peak times. There isn't a lot of seating but I think it's just the right amount for the lovely room that it's in. Great little cafe, quite small and very popular so if you are a large group it probably wouldn't suit. If not though the food is great and also great value, nice menu with stuff you might not expect in every little cafe in Wexford. Great pancakes for the kids (or adults obvs) plus I had very tasty huevos rancheros after which I certainly wasn't hungry in the slightest. Staff friendly and helpful.
