Eddie Rocket's — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Navan

Ate in Eddie Rocket's on Monday 29th dec,evening time,one girl cooking an place very busy,food was amazing,service was great very pleased with it all,so much so we decided to take our young fella up to try it...big mistake!! went up friday 2nd jan,two people cooking,a man and a woman,got two starters had two wait 10mins for the third starter,thought nothing of that no big deal....two starters were supposed to be the same could not have been more different,and worse again totally different than the one i had got on the monday( also cold),so ordered the same burger as i had the week before,it came and i looked under burger lid an first thing i saw was a very large black hair...with cheese melted all around it,NOT HAPPY! called staff over an showed him,he took it over to the man and woman that was cooking,the man then grabed his hat an put it on,BIT LATE MATE....the woman had hat with no hairnet??told them did not want another burger,the burger with the hair was left under the heat with all the other food that was going out....hope no one else got it,why was it not put straight in the bin?? so unfortunately i had already ordered onion rings,again had them the time before,again rotten not remotely like they had been...an guess what a big hair on the plate...then the whole staff peeping round giveing dirty looks at us,got up to till an was asked for 50 euro and a pityfull sorry about the hair...ha NEVER...

Myself, my partner and 2yr old son took the time to visit for a bite to eat after some Christmas shopping to be greeted by a extremely rude waitress who repeatedly ignored us from the moment we stepped through the door, Had to ask for a high chair 3 times to be then laughed at and refused service and told to leave, Left completely embarrassed by how the staff went about their duties. Not to mention the slippy wet floor that could have lead to an accident not one member of noticed till we brought it to their attention even though the blonde girl who greeted us at the door had cleaned the table and left tomato ketchup smudged all over it. Then two male cooks from the kitchen coming over to the table and ordering us to leave in front a very busy restaurant litterly thought they were two body gaurds or something and when we asked why we were being refused service not one member of staff could explain why and then when we asked if we could speak with a manager there was not one single manager in store which to be honest was tough to believe as it was the second last Sunday before Christmas and extremely busy. Completely shocking way to treat a young family out...

Went into this Eddie Rockets today with my family and was seated. First ones in there!! As we waited to be served the waitress just sat with the cook on their phones at the main counter and completely ignored us. I called her politely and asked could we give our order, she came over but as she approached our table she looked over to the chef and spoke to him in a foreign language and laughed, which I found very ignorant!! We gave our order and she was so ignorant and rude I should have walked out but unfortunately our hungry took preference. Our food came very quickly ( To Quickly) and was just thrown on the table. Food wasn’t great but edible. That’s our first and last time in Eddie Rockets in Navan. For the price you pay for their food youd think the service and food would be better. Have to say the manager there today was a nice and pleasant guy. Maybe they should think about...
