Nana's Tea Waterford — Restaurant in Waterford

“”One of Waterford’s Hidden Gems!””

I have been coming to nana’s tea for about a year now essentially since it opened in 23’ , I always get the Warm Taro Milk Tea with Mango Boba.

But today I got something totally different that warranted this review, as a local guide with google , I am particular in reviews and have to be certain.

Nana’s also do light food-snacks , so I got the salt and chilli chips with chicken, and my god it was amazing for €4 the portion was a fine size the chips and chicken had a fantastic light crunch, it really made me happy if that makes sense , i got that happy food feeling.

To top it all off , I had to of course get the bubble waffles too! The Mr.Oreo Waffle was big, full of flavour , no skimping on the toppings or oreo gelato and very filling.

Overall this place was a 10/10 but now that i have discovered the fantastic food range it is a 100/100 .

Unfortunately, my visit to Nanas Tea was quite disappointing. Despite patiently waiting in line, I was disregarded when a queue jumper was allowed to order ahead of me, even though I was next and the lady at the till acknowledged me. To add insult to injury, they took the last of my favorite topping. Worse still, when my order finally came up, it was mistakenly given to the table of queue jumpers. This lack of respect for customers' time and order accuracy is disheartening. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a better experience for...

I used to be a regular customer in this store always got what I wanted , service was great, staff were lovely and the atmosphere was nice. I had to move away from Waterford so haven’t been back for a while now. However, went into a Dublin store which wasn’t bad but not as good as in Waterford, and went into Naas today and had a horrible experience , so that made me really appreciate the store in Waterford. Will definitely come again...
