חומוס אסי ועדנן Hummus Asi and Adnan — Restaurant in Tel-Aviv

Expectations were high after a recommendation from Telavivian (they never fail) but at the end it was disappointment. The food is actually very good. However, the experience as a whole I rate as average. Lots of people queuing for a place, but the guests seem to be seated according to an unknown key. I was 2nd in line but the gentleman seating the guests ignored me. People who were in line behind me were seated recently. This is not my impression as there were other customers nearby who were frustrated with the seating system. I'm in TA often - historically it's the second dissapointment. Will i give a second chance? Best humus in Tel Aviv! I’ve lived here about two years and constantly try humus from different places in search of the best. I had a place in the old north that I got regularly. I’ve tried the big names like down in Yafo and Shlomo and Doron 50 meters away. This is the most fresh and best tasting humus period. I eat lunch here multiple times a week. I also love the chopped salad, which is extremely finely chopped.

This is not humus to take away and put in the fridge. You need to eat it right away or shortly after. It is warm and must be eaten fresh. It is really a highlight of my eating experience here.

Every day I tried different places with good rewes in Tel aviv, Jaffa, and even Rehovot. No other place could do better than this humus!
